Why would they do that. They don’t even care about the moose really. Moose are done soon. They will call up echl guys if need be. Jets need to make a trade because Stanley is still a starting D for us and we still don’t really have a 2 center

If one was forced to choose one option, would it be 2nd line Centre or a 2nd line pairing D man for the Jets?

I lean towards a 2nd line pairing D man based on our existing depth.

Nelson would be fine as 2 center As would soucy or Ferraro on D. Both LHD. But I wonder if we in on B Tanev. Nino Lowry Tanev would be dirty in the playoffs. I believe jets save a couple hundred thousand with the ahl goalie swap also.

Thought of a weird question walking the dog. While he is playing, he has been traded to another team and the deal has been finalized and approved, does he technically have to come out of the game as he is now property of another team? Or do they write that into the deal that the trade takes effect after the game has been completed? What if he gets hurt during the game? I know they usually pull a player if they think he may get traded that night but just thinking of this specific scenario.

Carolina offered him 14 million. Dallas offering 12. Rantanen not playing well in Carolina either makes me wonder if he’s gonna end up back in Colorado in the off season. Maybe that’s his end game. 

Anthony Beauvillier was traded twice last season for fifth-round picks on each occasion. Today, he's worth a second-rounder.

It’s only a done deal with an extension and appears that’s not happening. Dallas not going over 12 they say. No extension no deal there. Dallas RHD side is ugly AF tho. And as of today it’s Dallas Colorado round 1. Jets need to win the division and let Dallas and Colorado beat each other up.
