Good players like Gainey will take risks to potentially make a bigger impact to their team, but if it backfires, it can end up costing the team.

Playing aggressive and taking risks can work to generate big plays, but you can also give up big plays. That is the double-edge of the sword.

The opposite can be said and be equally true... Playing it safe will have a big impact on the team, if it backfires, it can end up costing the team.

Playing passively and taking few risks can work to prevent big plays, but you can also give up big plays.

I too can throw a bunch of words together and not say anything at all.

He might make that strip 1 out of a 100 attempts in that situation against a pro RB running to daylight.  That was a really stupid risk to take.

Bullshit call.

Roughing the passer.

The call from the league took some time to get to the ref .................let the flags fly

Heres the game.

Clutch QBing there.

So, if you don't hit someone how is that rough play?

Ottawa gets called for NOT hitting Collaros.

He did hit him in the head (from the last angle they showed). He tried to avoid him but he still made contact wayyyy past the sideline.

No clutch officiating.

I don't think you call it clutch when you finally show up to a game, late in the 4th quarter. Making a play in the first quarter is as valuable as the fourth.

Unless you're also calling Nichols late TD against the Stamps clutch?

As it should for Canada's Team.

Good for the league that a small market like Sask can produce a top-tier product on the field year after year.

It would behoove the Bombers to learn from their model.

Year after year?

Green getting all the calls...

What a bunch of garbage. No safety... Was that cover 0? Why would Thorpe run a Cover 0?
