October 27, 20178 yr Mason gets the start I assume? They pushed our **** in last game and are going to do it again.

Given how he played against the Pens, assuming he plays well tonight, I'd keep Helle in. You DO need to get Mason back in at some point though so I can see them doing that tonight, using the back to back as the reason.

I'd like to see Helle go again because he's been playing extremely well, but if Mason doesn't play in a back to back situation, what does it do to his confidence, which is quite possibly already low?

Mason is a vet, he can deal with it. Normally I wouldn't start a goalie back to back but Helle just had six days rest so he should be good to go.

October 27, 20178 yr Going for our 5 win in a row in Columbus, Mason needs to win this one and of course the team in front of him needs to show up like they did last night.
October 27, 20178 yr In his last game, Mason was the best player on the ice, by far, through at least 2 periods, but got lit up like a Christmas tree. Team was their usual turnover machine, causing WAY too many high quality scoring chances. He stood on his head for most of it, but only so much a guy can do. Here's hoping they give him more to work with tonight.

October 27, 20178 yr 21 minutes ago, The Unknown Poster said: Pathetic. Also PP is totally clueless again tonight. Whenever they get their first PP we're going to be pinned in our end for 2 mins. We get 1 weak shot on net in 6 minutes
October 28, 20178 yr We could win this game and Maurice still has to be fired tomorrow. 0 for ****ing 5 on the PP with pretty much 0 any actual scoring chances. Absolute abomination Edited October 28, 20178 yr by Judd
October 28, 20178 yr Author 1-1 Columbus got catchy goal song. Jets? Nada. Geebus our PP is bad. Got money on Copp to get winner. Edited October 28, 20178 yr by FrostyWinnipeg
October 28, 20178 yr Worst power play in the league. 5,6 weak shots on 6 power plays. How can Maurice possibly have a job after this?

I think it depends more on a losing streak than bad PP on the other hand Mason has improved they didn't score against us til the third period
