If these are the guys on the roster, I have no problem with the lines. I think MP and Staf are where they belong...I am a fan of MP and realize you will only get about 65-70 games out of him but his play has been off this year to me. Let him play his way back up the line up. Let Staf play himself off of it.

I think Armia plays on the 20th and  22nd against the Canucks before the Christmas. If  not, probably the 27th against Chicago. Where do you do with Staf when Armia is back? 

If it were me, Thorbs and Staf would sit and Petan and Armia would play. There are still question marks concerning Petan and Armia and the sooner they find out, the better. Thorbs will see the pressbox but will Maurice continue to play Staf if his play doesn't improve?

I think that line of Copp Lowry Tanev makes a very, very good 4th line...

Petan, Matthias and Armia are due back in less than a month. Throw them in and sit Thorbs and Staf and ??? Petan back to the Moose?

Whats with the burn? Lowry's 4th in goals. Copp got same goals as Ehlers in 10 less games.

Lowry has played center and has 2 assists...Copp has 16 less assists.

I think they would make a great 4th line but they are slated at 3rd line.

I'm talking about Thorburn-Perrault-Stafford... and I really like Perrault.

I guess we'll see but I think they get 3rd line minutes...

That's a good third line too actually. 

Living around the Oilers for sometime where I've seen players come and go, Stafford sometimes reminds me of a Dustin Penner type player. Loads of skill but has the Meh type attitude. We'll see if being on the fourth line motivates him to be better or 'meh whatever suckers'.

Doubt it. Was pretty obvious Maurice wasn't happy with staffords play. If a line with thorburn gets 3rd line minutes... MO needs to Go
