  1. if you hear Cato's back story, its no surprise why he hates Duron.  Cato came from nothing, experienced horrific events growing up and is now trying to create a living playing football for himself and his family.  Duron grew up as a rich kid, has a huge safety net, all of the athletic talents a human could want and does not care about the team or winning.  Cato is their best QB right now and in the spotlight knowing if he cant deliver wins here his job will be up for grabs at the end of the year.  Pressure on that guy must be insane considering everything going on in his life.

You don't mean the Ryan Smith you guys totally fleeced us on by signing him?  We were stupid to let him go and all that. I'm as guilty as anyone for sometimes disregarding comments made by other teams fans about player x when we sign him. I guess as fans we all want to support our team and believe they are making good moves.. Smith was a mistake, he can't stay on the field. Too bad because he is a good player.

i like the signing and had high hopes for him, but he has not produced this year.  I would not be opposed to keeping him next year at all for a redemption year, but i want Roosevelt more as he is a top 3 receiver in the league and we dont need anymore 5'9 slot receivers.

  3. i doubt this happened, probably a case of a few jeers and accidental spilled beer by drunk idiots rough housing or something beside them.  In the era where people look to get offended at anything for the sake of being offended, things get exaggerated.  An event that big would of been captured on phone 100% by cell phone paparazzi who apparently record every facet of life on their iphones.  That being said if evidence comes through this actually happened then my god i would feel terrible for that family and would send them some movie passes or something as a bomber fan apology.

  4. nichols said earlier that he was throwing the ball more timidly to erase some of the higher risk throws he made last year.  I think Lapo and Osh are telling him to play conservative and rely on defense and turnovers to win games.  When we have needed drives (ie. when he cant play conservatively) he has managed to produce long drives resulting in a score.  We are playing the safe game, and winning by it, so i dont see that changing.  But if we go down by 10 or 14 points, i expect the kid gloves will be off nichols and he would be more effective in sustaining TD drives (but with higher risk for turnovers).
