Just look at the guy on the field...He is the embodiment of a determined winner...'Put me in coach and I'll get it done' kind of guy....Streveler brings that intangible also that every team is looking for...worth his weight in gold to a team...He'll go to the wall for his team mates and they for him....It's just too bad he is nic'd right now but deep down I think that drives the guy to take his game even higher...I don't know of one team in this league that has the kind of drive he has (okay maybe Reilly on the left coast)..Lucky to have him.....having both of those guys....UNSTOPPABLE

And that is why we will take a serious look at another qb. in fa. and run a tandem...be it Collaros,Masoli, or Arbuckle...I can't see Nichols as part of the equation next year...he'll likely go east

AND IF he takes us all the way and wins a Cup....Going to be hard to say adios....see ya... and just give him a glad hand for his service...This is when gm's earn their dough

From the little I've seen of McGuire...I tend to agree and he has impressed....We kept him over Bennett for a reason... We don't even know for sure what we have here...Masoli will most likely want to stay east...Arbuckle will go where the money is....How much are we willing to spend once we re-up Streveler??

Pinball might just want him back...BUT considering guys like Arbuckle and Masoli probably will be available...hmmmm he'll probably keep the deal the way it is...Hard to say

I don't think that's a definite...He'll go where the best deal is as any fa would....We could consider him a very good asset.....then again we could think his concussion issues aren't worth the risk...I predict it's going to be a tough call...especially IF we take all the marbles this year...Is the first round pic worth signing him for 2020...Mr. Walters and company will make that call

How do we know that Collaros is even interested in us long term ......As a fa he can go anywhere and he would be a sought after commodity especially IF ...big if...we win the Cup....He does carry baggage ...but is that baggage being over blown and will concussions definitely occur...Popp in T.O. seen something in him (pretty good gm) and did not want to let him go...We pried him loose and it would be very prudent on our part to examine keeping him before we let him wander off...He's 31 I believe...we could have a couple of good shots at the Cup in the next few years...Will it/could it be with Collaros...Something for management to ponder for sure

Exactly.......Future considerations could mean anything from a pick to a neg. lister......As far as the draft pick goes it could be moved down the road and if T.O. sees an advantage in that they most likely would....I don't see this club finishing in the basement therefore giving them a prime pic in the near future HOWEVER you can bet Pinball wants to build something tangible in a hurry...AND that's where the murky part comes in

Collaros has injury concerns.....so does Nichols....Both were sidelined this year BUT as far as talent goes, I'm giving the edge to Zack...He showed what he can do with that scramble and chuck to Adams in the last game of the season..Nichols is as slow as molasses and is usually punished by hard charging linemen hence his higher propensity for injury...Zack , if he keeps playing the 'little or no run game scenario' has a higher ceiling ....Signing him for next year would mean the end of Nichols here...also would mean a first round draft pic would be gone in 2020...Considering we 'could possibly' end up with another Ekakite, being that the draft is a 'crapshoot' ,...I say we go with the bird in hand..especially if we bring the Cup home
