  1. Anyone else suspect BLM has been dipping into stem cell therapy? His return to form has been close to remarkable.
  2. While you've been persistently complaining about Kramdi throughout this season, he's been busy becoming a team leader on defence and working his way into all-star contention. I guess he's this year's version of Evan Holm.
  3. Not Zach, nor Lawler, nor nobody else is going to accept less pay if they keep winning and make it to the GC game. How would Walters justify offering them less for doing their jobs to the standard they agreed to? If they missed the playoffs, he might have a legitimate case. As for Lawler, last night was likely his peak career performance, not to be counted on or repeated next week or on any other date going forward. The stars aligned perfectly for a spectacular one night show of highwire thrills, I doubt he ever has another game were fortune shines as brightly upon him as it did last night, and I hope both he and Zach are aware of that. Some very good things only happen once, Matt Dunigan knows.
  4. I wouldn't have any concern in a regular season game but neither stands much of a chance in the playoffs against a heightened level of competition and tougher defensive play they will face. Even with Zach pushing an anemic offence it's questionable how far they could advance this season. If Collaros goes down, might as well wave the white flag, crack another bottle, and ride it on out.
  5. Has the same look of keen perception, just before he stumbles over a prone lineman.
  6. What difference will it make, you want to tarnish this season with memories of Dolegala getting blown up in the playoffs? Might as well dress him up in a giraffe costume to entertain the drunks....on second thought, we could pin the whole rotten season and everything bad that was, directly to his hide!
  7. Biggie looks like an action hero!
  8. BC really blew it, with the Bomber bad start they had the chance to run away with first place and set themselves up well for a GC run at home, instead they stumbled and fell on their faces. Rourke, no Rourke, made no difference.
  9. Here we go again, it must be Monday after another win.
  10. If Wheatfall can add another 20 pounds he could become that guy, Clercius is there already but not sure he's has the presence to become anything more than a secondary target.
  11. Pie in the sky at this point, it can only be approached one game at a time.
  12. Without Woli, Lawler has become a crutch for Zach to rely on, an underused Demski is more of a serious issue, he should be visiting the endzone a lot more than he has this season. Those deep over the shoulder catches are serious game breakers that have been missing from the attack.
  13. The more those green idiots invest their love in their new hero, the better I like it. Eventually he will go BOOM! Universal law dictates it as inevitable.
  14. What happens when the players in charge of the locker room culture start to become deficiencies on the field, do their teammates initiate a mutiny and vote them off the island?
  15. Brown receives max fine for hit on Streveler. https://3downnation.com/2024/09/16/cfl-levies-max-fine-against-saskatchewan-roughriders-dl-miles-brown-for-low-hit-on-chris-streveler/
  16. They've been saying too much TV can rot a person's mind since the early 60's, that statement has never been truer than today. As usual, less is more. Excessive TV-watching — defined as four or more hours daily — is associated with a greater risk of developing brain-based disorders such as dementia, depression, and Parkinson's disease, a new analysis suggests.Mar 1, 2024
  17. Who did you sign up with?
  18. Just commenting on the general thought process that it is viable method. I think Hamilton tried last season bringing in BLM and it appears BC is doing the same this year, maybe they'll succeed. More interested in seeing the Bombers right their ship and flying full sail this season than what their plans are for next year, cause it's all connected.
  19. It's an ongoing process that can take years, I don't think there is a track record of teams successfully winning the GC in the year they host by overspending and making mass change in one season. Building a very good team takes time and usually can't be rushed.
  20. They'd have to repeat the experiment a few times till people tune in figure out what it is and where to to watch it, one offs don't usually work well because most people don't read instructions and are unprepared for change.
  21. Red beans and rice man, red beans and rice.
  22. Schoen was the workhorse, Kenny is for show.
