  1. It's the Bellefeuille offense and its effect on him. He's now being held back by this offense.
  2. Considering how much time the D spends on the field, because of the offence, the D might actually better than the stats suggest.
  3. O'Shea said 3 weeks ago we're in playoff mode. Nothing to worry about guys...Bombers are going to the playoffs!!! Woohoo!!
  4. Wade wanted Benevides as DC over Hall, so if he becomes available I could see Hall getting fired. My guess is Wade/Walters will want one of the coordinators to be able to step in if the team starts off slow and O'Shea is fired. Benevides would be able to slide right in as HC should O'Shea be fired in-season.
  5. Signing Andrew Harris and firing Marcel Bellefeuille will get fans excited.
  6. Lawless is usually pretty bang on with these reports. My guess is he's getting this straight from Wade Miller.
  7. Who took us to the playoffs three years straight. We haven't been the same team since firing him. Agree 100%. Besides, I prefer to think of him as "passionate". There's a fine line between passionate and mentally unstable
  8. @CFL_News: .@garylawless tells @saraorlesky that #Bombers GM Kyle Walters and HC Mike O'Shea will be back next year. #CFL via @CFLonTSN
  9. Bilukidi, Harris, Nichols re-signed and a new OC and we're all set for next year!
  10. Berry was also a raging, unstable, psychopath.
  11. Aren't the banner ads based on your browsing history. I've traveled a lot recently, I'm seeing ads for rental cars and hotels. You look at womens underwear, you see $5 panty sale ads Taynted Fayth: is there something you want to tell us?? We won't judge.
  12. Taman resigned because he didn't want to go through Mike Kelly, who was essentially GM and HC.
  13. His scouting report looks bad. Why do we keep bringing in these athletic guys who have issues with accuracy and reading defenses?
  14. I said this a few months ago...Bombers are getting new jerseys next year and will be a spin on the retro royal blue.
  15. you know ive been to many bomber games and ive never seen a 50/50 be anywhere close to 100k. Its usually 40k give or take 1-2k. I'd assume if someone didnt win last week due to ineligability, it would start at the $40k they couldnt collect not at a cool $100k. And every game has shown the previous 50/50 winner. This does seem fishy**edit: nvm I see trueblue said they bumped it up a bit but bumping it up 60k is a lil more then a bit. Lol Remember that starting this week at $100k, only $50k of that goes to the winner.
  16. I'm not. JBR thinks he'd produce O'Shea like seasons, in terms of wins.
  17. Then you could volunteer to be his offensive coordinator, cause they couldn't afford to pay one.Yes they could. 3,000 extra tickets sold per game over a full season is an extra ~2 million dollars. Not very good at math, hey?Once they put together a legitimate balance sheet that demonstrates an ability to operate the Football Club, IGF and service their debts we can start dreaming. They haven't done that since the stadium opened. I don't know how you budget for sellouts. Hiring Hufnagel isn't like flipping a switch.I didn't budget for a sellout with Huff. I budgeted for 3000 more per game which would be an average of 30-31k per game. Realistic if you look at attendance during the 2011 Swaggerville season. If Huff could produce a consistent 10-12 win team, he'd more than pay for his salary at $1 million per season as GM and HC. And if he wins 15 games over two seasons and you want to fire him? Can you, or are you too invested financially? Hufnagel's success isn't just him. He's got the best personnel guy in the recent history of the league with him, he's got Dickenson, Stubler etc. If you can't build that organization, what's the point of paying one person? His rep would certainly attract top notch people to work with him. Wouldn't surprise me if a lot of his staff followed him. Might take a year or two, but he'd produce a winner.

  20. I'd like to see the Bombers step up and make a big splash by giving Huff $1 million per season to be our HC and GM. Unfortunately our CEO and Board are way too cheap, and too stupid to understand that you need to spend money to make money. You put a winning product on the field and you'll average 31,000+ bums in the seats per game vs the 26-27k we probably averaged this year.
