Alex Hall and Linden Gaydosh released by Panthers
where have they said "not interested" though. I didn't see them say that anywhere, they said "luke warm". Actually CJOB said "luke warm". They were paraphrasing O'Shea.

Chiefs release Weston Dressler(Updated: Now signed by Riders)
@PentonKirk: #Bombers say Kyle Walters won't be commenting about Weston Dressler. Wade Miller said today the team has plenty of cap space.

Patrick Neufeld selling Regina home
@paddyneufeld: People of Regina #yqr I'm having an open house this Saturday from 1-4 come check it out! http://t.co/AEyUlitG5Z Looks like he's committing to the Bombers. I recall when we traded for him some were worried he'd return to the Riders once his contract was up, because he's from Sask.

Chiefs release Weston Dressler(Updated: Now signed by Riders)
As in 'The rumour is'. Wouldn't mind them driving up the price to 250k for the riders. However, if that's the case let's hope the pickers hid all the pitch forks in Sask. I wouldn't be surprised if Walters told Lawless that just to drive the price up for the Riders.

Chiefs release Weston Dressler(Updated: Now signed by Riders)
What exactly do you mean by 'stability'? I assume you are talking about the Riders? If he wants stability, he'd go with Ottawa because money = stability. No it doesn't. Not in football. Signing with the wrong team cut significantly shorten his career. He's had a good thing with the Riders, with the coaching staff and administration there currently too. Going to Ottawa would be a huge risk. Thanks for clarifying. Now I understand what you meant by "stability".

Chiefs release Weston Dressler(Updated: Now signed by Riders)
If you're Dressler why on earth would you choose Ottawa, a team unlikely to win another game this season?

Chiefs release Weston Dressler(Updated: Now signed by Riders)
@garylawless: top-end CFL agent, not Weston Dressler's rep, believes Dressler will end up back in Regina. "Team would have to overpay by 50 K to get him."

Green is the new Orange?
I would think quite a few. BC president failed to tell everyone to read the fine print. The seats will likely be freebies in the rafters that are never full anyway.having sat up there many times I can say they are still darn good seats. It's a beautiful stadium. Its too bad the hipster-douchebags in Vancouver can't fill it.It's capacity is 54,000. You expect that every game? Actually, capacity is closer to 60K (59k and change if I remember correct). But when metro Vancouver has a population of around 2.3 million .. it's a bit comical that the Lions can't routinely draw 35k+ to the dome. According to Wikipedia it's 54,322.

Fraser's. I realize this was a rhetorical question posed 3rd-hand, yet it still needed to be answered. Coaching staff really like Fraser.

@DarrinBauming: Mike O'Shea thinks there will be nine CFL teams calling recent NFL-cut Weston Dressler. #Bombers

Alex Hall and Linden Gaydosh released by Panthers
From Wicek: Bombers don't sound like they're interested in DE Alex Hall, who was released by Panthers over weekend. "Where would he fit" -- O'Shea #bn

Calgary was rumoured to have interest in Hall last season as well. They could be in on him too.

Chiefs release Weston Dressler(Updated: Now signed by Riders)
The bidding war begins... If he signs with the Riders, I wonder if he plays this Sunday? Do the Bombers try to make a big splash and try to sign him? Who would you prefer the Bombers sign...Dressler or Matthews?

The sick bay
Neufeld's injury was to his calf. I saw he had ice taped to that area in the 4th quarter. With the extra couple days we have this week, I suspect he might be good to go in the LDC as he didn't look to be in too much pain. But that's pure speculation on my part.

Eastern Division (again)
They just need to make the schedule a little more carefully. The expansion draft really upset things. In order to accommodate Ottawa, the BOG's lowered the quality of play in the entire CFL.There aren't enough quality Canadian OL from CIS to stock the teams. It's killing offenses. I don't buy this at all. No teams lost any significant OLs to Ottawa. You could argue the expansion draft helped improve the Bombers OL by our ability to acquire Neufeld.

Officiating
NBA is corrupt. It's officiating is a joke.

Stamps vs Ottawa/ Riders vs Lions
Burris looks bad because Ottawa has no legit receiving options. Desjardins really failed in that area. I suspect they throw a ton of money at Dressler and Matthews when they become available.
