I actually like the pickup of Hendricks. Obviously a low minute guy but I think he will help support this team handle the adversity they are presently going through. Good on the ice (bench) and locker room guy.

I think in part its believing their press briefings a bit too much. Get back to constantly feeling they have to prove themselves mentality. Mark Scheifele alluded to this before this recent tailspin, i.e., can't call us contenders just yet. Teams aren't laying down and playing dead for us.

I'm thinking the Jets need to remind themselves that teams aren't going to lye down for them. Get back to the basics and cancel out all the press on how they are Stanley cup favorites and play like they constantly have to earn it.
