I’m not too stressed on the vets staying home. They know exactly what they bring to the table. More time for the rookies to show they can play. Pretty much every team leaves some vets home for the road preseason game.

Ya that's the big situation that hurts us with Sheehan. If we're backed up with little time left in the half or game, the other team is pretty much always in FG range after the punt because they are catching it in our end. No change of punting out of trouble.
