I would think if/when Drew is back....He bumps Clercius who becomes the main backup...I'd even go as far as put Clercius as a starter in Johnsons spot....Tag Lucky with the Nationalized American and he can sub for any receiver and allow us to get Wilson or Biggie when available in for Johnson and keep this dline intact....

I'd say this our best ;lineup of the yr to date Really excited to see what and how we utilize this dline....It's probably our best front since 2019.......I hope they go to town and make it impossible to not roster them again Hope we see more Griffen too in varying sets...dudes been nothing but excellent all yr....total sleeper signing this off-season

This could be our best well rounded line up all yr...on both sides of the ball If Woods and Adams continue to be beasts...and Ayers shows he is trusted on defence...and we string wins together...why change it? I like Lucky in the return game..to bad they kicked away from him on the one kick off plus he adds the added something on offence we lacked...plays hard and now that Lawler is back..allowing Demski...to be Demski again...I can see some big gainers for him on offence...and garner a lot off attention and that's gonna really free up Wilson as the guy who will benefit from lack of defensive attention

It hardly changed tho from when he was there...and likely implemented some stuff that he was very successful with and liked...so the rusty excuse is a bit of a reach..and he was very familiar with things. I can see if he had never stepped foot on a CFL field...and if it was a totally new team...but was neither...and he had 2 yrs in the CFL already...he didn't forget the game...especially if he as smart as they claimed in media and was this quickest ever to process things...I certain he will show better moving forward but right now the media and TSN just back tracking and trying to spin things cause they had egg all over their faces This too...was the stupidest decision ever..and a good way to ruin a guy...or get him hurt

Any ki wans to play in the best lague....so no knocking him for trying....and I actually applaud him for realizing/seeing the politics involved down there, and that sometimes you just have to accept you behind 8 ball....and cut bait and he did, and instead of wasting away anoyher year will get paid now....get more experience and actually be playing and become a big fish in a smaller pond.....and possibly one of the faces of the league which will garner him more $$ Guys testing that meat grinder eed to look at...how many spots are available...then see who is on roster drafted in first 6 to 7 rounds....then compare signing bonus money....if they got any....and determine from that your realistic chance...and if you get no bonus...well then 99 percent chance you are gonna be a camp body....PR guy and no guarantee for a long stint...or just bouncing from work out to work out...waiting/hoping....and all the while if actually not on a PR....U ain getting paid I think Rourke did it right, had his first yr....got some cheques but was by no means a lock for anything....saw 2 more opps this yr go nowhere...with writing on the wall...and made the right move coming back

well...that was 3 yrs ago...he has to re-establish all that again....I dont care how you perceive me or things I say either btw...We have seen many a QB light it up...only to fade away into pedestrian...some obscurity Never said he wasnt going to be good either....just not this great QB ...Generational one...he had a lot going on for him that helped early on in 2022 I also dont buy this "rusty" crap...the dude has been training...practicing and in camps for 2 yrs now....South of the border where the training and coaching is better....injury free...not like he was on his couch for 2+ yrs...sure floating a guy in with 1 week of prep isn't Ideal....but he also landed in a system that for most part is the exact same as when he left....except he has a legit run threat/game now....so the "learning curve" was minimal at most And like mentioned before....Masoli was out 2 yrs...injured and rehabbing so not even able to practice and get rep after rep...He looked a hell of a lot better Than Kid Canada....explain that wise one? nd how is credibility lost saying a guy has to prove it over a course of a yr...or more to establish his spot as legit?...that goes for any player.....and also never said I was an expert....just offering opinion....insight and some insider info from playing in the game...coaching and training now for better part of 30+ yrs

Net punting is fine...but when other guys are driving the ball 15 to 20 yds further down the field and have a similar net punt...we still at a deficit...if we need him to boom a punt to kick us out of trouble...he can't unless one his line drive sqwuibs gets a lucky bounce or the returner botched it More times than not it's an illegal kick...or the returner had already tore up the field for 15 and is in full gallop before anyone is even close...last yr was really bad...this yr our coverage has been lights out and making up for that...which is a bonus...Miller has them right dialed in

Rewatched the weekend game a bit...Randolph is good...has really good footwork and is so mobile...and man he has some serious good hand work...dude had been coached up very well prior to getting here...him and Lofton play off each other so good..like they been teammates for yrs..they only gone mesh even better...that side of the line now is legit top tier

Adams mainly played DT and nose...we only shifted him out there because we had no depth Him on our roster males our defence more formidable...If we are smart and biggie needs to sit a game...or 9....we better put Adams back in for him,,,Jones is fine there....probably at this juncture better,,,We have Ayers already on roster...no need to ad another linebacker we dont even have anyway....or a db Get a rotation of WJ/Garbutt.Habba/Woods/Adams/hubert....and 9 snaps for Thomas and we are golden...and likely be pretty hard to break up that band once we see what they do

if u dont think he hd one foot out the door and if that season didnt turn around, that he would have been canned than you are very mistaken....and he was basically had to be made to make some certain changes He also got 10 yrs as well....so wins will addup....never said he wasnt a good coach, but he gets more credit than deserved...he definitely was part of it....but not the be all main reason

I meant started hot in 2022....not tonight He wasn't really to be honest....and lotsa bad decisions.....and if wasn't for some intervening from higher ups basically mandating a change...he may not have got to 30 wins....but was given some rope and leeway and it panned out.....tho he still carries some of the bad traits that almost cost him his job then tho...but has learned from some of his past mistakes...maybe another 100 wins and he will have fixed the rest but wont hold my breath...they key for 2025 is Waler's and Miller taking away some of his stupid options so he has no choice but to move on from them
