Our biggest issue I dont think is G.M....Other than he isn't being the firm Boss he should be and allows his HC to dictate too much....speculating here a bit but from what I see....know....and have been through thats my take in it. There def a disconnect there and a differing opionion on the type of player....or qualities in a player that is being kept/re-upped and leaned on....also everyone being buddy buddy too doesn't help...as it clouds decision making and not wanting to hurt feelings....players included...and thats a bad metric and has us where we at now Also Osh need to actually coach...be in the room....rattle cages for a lack of a better word....he allows too much self governing and has caused this malaise and comfort level that also is a bad thing and nobody has a worry in the world...only ones with worries are the youmg/newer guys who cant wait to get out of their contracts and move on

Vpool was shaky at best Person got 4 snaps....so no chance to show anything never moind get into any kind of game groove pretty much...Our coaching tho sucked the most tho...inexcusable after a bye...and playing the same team again who basically changed....nothing...and we still got schooled by them

Just an utter waste of the use of our DA's....and dline roster in general....Ayers reps as a DE is pointless...and soley on short yardage basically Jones and Kramdi's lunches are getting eaten....neither can play in space.....bit we just kep hammering away at that Lawson finally caught up to Thomas's reps but of his 167 to date...thats about 167 too many....Kornalson as well shown zip....Put Schmeck back in and see what the difference is and if theuy both show nothing....get em off the roster...we dont need 2 redundant Canadian DT's who offer next to nothing and find one who does...or put a Canadian skilled position player....but thats a stretch too unless Kelly is ready...and even then I'd swap Kelly for Novack and Bailey for one of Korn/Thomas....Ideally both and get Cobb on roster Kelly has been one our best ST guys and can actually rep on defence...Noval can't...and would not be missed on teams....Cobb has experience as a receiver and returner and would offer as much as either Case or Sterns so may as well et him and allow us to get J.Jones on roster...Ideally we sit T.Jones a few games and thatgets us Woods on too when he ready.....and all the while we are bringing in Dline and Receiver guys to find either legit depth...or guys that can make who have now depth...win win Standing pat and "checking the tape" is just code for we good....we have no clue...or we just plain stupid

Fox and Garbutt have both looked good all yr Fox constantly gets push...causes issues...both tossed away for what I don't know but are better than what we have rostered for most part this yr

We just utterly waste our DA's...part and parcel of our crap rostering tho too 2 of our DA's get basically no defensive use...ST only...we playing one now out of position...one is kicking... Your DA's should be getting a lot of use in rotation...and really be just as good as starters if you were smart about it How many for Jake...I saw him tip toeing thru the tulips behind the play a lot..so I assume he was top 2 for dline guys

Sterns is the perfect 5th guy if we had a stacked group...would kinda fly under radar and reap the benefits of the space and lack of defensive attention...

Save for Logan...Mitchell and J.Jones it was the ultimate scrap heaping fiasco...that includes some of our re-upping of guys And the 3 guys who could help us the most havnt seen the roster...one from injury...one for no reason other than T.Jones being here already and an Osh boner maker...and the other highest paid one for who knows why...they give a weak excuse that doesn't make sense and I don't believe....so ya...stellar offsesson when hosting the Cup

Sadly And then it's a come to camp but don't expect to win a spot pushing out a vet..or a less than adequate Canadian...but for hopefully a PR spot and never seeing the active roster...and if you do..get next to no reps to show anything and eventually get moved off roster quietly and never be seen again...for a slug...and sadly that's not just an over stated griping...it is reality here

Yeah our issue is we don't have legit game breakers...Demski is kinda when he has 1..or 2 other guys with him...but alone he ain't gonna carry u to wins and if teams take him away...we hooped If we as a team are happy with mediocrity and hoping everything goes perfect and we get all the bounces...then yeah play Sterns and Case... Clercius plays a good complimentary role with possession and in run game...We have already seen Wheatfall can be neutralized with over under coverage so leaves just Demski...those 2 need help to excel...they don't have it

I've never said that actually...I said tge culture started from Miller on down tho...Miller had a vision of what he wanted...osh sold him on being guy to carry it out...I also said the "culture" wasn't a new idea Osh brought outta nowhere...its how good teams operate...so you musta mistook me for someone else...
