yes Winnipeg isn't the same team as when we played them last, also are playing a different system/style... since week 12 they have played Toronto x2, Edm x2, Ott, Mtl, Cgy and us (after our MTL collapse and we were spinning our wheels) Hardly a tough schedule down the stretch, lost to CGY who was playing well at time, but hardly world beaters by any stretch...I feel good about sunday

i say in his defense because he rarely forces a ball if nobody is there...or nobody he "sees"...and since he isn't a runner...well take the safe road and play another down Personally I am not a fan of this mantra..I don't want to see a guy chuck into a stupid situation (double/triple coverage) but instead take a deep downfield shot...maybe you get a PI..maybe you strike gold..but thats also on the OC to have a route for that as well, and a lot of times we don't

in Nichols defense yes he did a lot of throw aways...better than a turn over for sure, but also a direct result of his lack of escapabilty to extend passing plays ala Zack...or ability to take off and get yards ala Strev..can we win with Nichols style..for sure and it's been proven..can we win with Strev's style, sporadically BUT if he gets next year to show he has developed his passing (or is allowed to gunsling a bit) then he could be unreal if he has developed...Can we win with Collaros skill-set..obviously yes...but is he someone you invest big in and will he last...thats the big question...and also...is it already decided by him he is going regardless so don't even bother..and risk alienating someone else?...

OR winning a Grey Cup against a rookie QB who made first pro start ever in Grey Cup, with next to no experience...or 2 plays who basically decided and gave the win to them that would have been reversed with video review...whah whah whah is all I can say to that fan base...they have had 2 of the most luckiest season's the past 2 years..and it will be fun to watch them all turn on Fartado next year and sing for his benching when his mediocrity shines through once again

Rios as well...whom I think is gonna be a good player...was used and abused pretty much on all the big plays and scores...if you watch game highlights him and Hecht were prominently displayed...and not in a good way...also Fenner who came on as season went on was out there...not abused as much...but has less speed than Jones and isn't as good in coverage...though I htink he is really missed on teams and reason why we havn't been as good in kick coverage the last little while

A big key being overlooked as well..Experience at the ever important QB spot...Collaros has that..Evan's really doesn't...and is due for a brain cramp or two...and big games often bring that from y experience...

and we should be able to pay him the most...we don't have to pay for a canned coach..and I believe Hall is on a 1 year contract, so if we go a different direction there it won't cost us...And if Lapo leaves for a HC gig elsewhere..again it won't cost us...so if we get into a bit of a bidding war...we should be more than okay there
