Not sure how they scheme the play, and what the option is...I would think if a jet sweep is called...you run it and the blocking and receiver routes are set up to make it succeed..

A jet sweep is basically a called play...too much going on and it's a timing thing generally...you don't read option that play...it's about blocking a speed..you try to be too fancy and you asking for errors...or being stuffed, you want that ball carrier getting it in full stride

I somewhat agree with seeing this happen...and there could be worse things truth be told..I do tho see a more liberal use of the 1a/1b quarterback situation tho, if not an almost 50/50 use close to it...or rolling more with whoever is producing more, and going with the flow/feel of the game. The last 3 or 4 passes should have been picks...the miss to Arceneaux hit Taylor right in the mitts...was sheilded so he couldn't react in time...Obviously the Moore reception at the 5..Sayles biffed that one...Alexander i the endzone prior to the last one..he could have had that and if he didn't knock it down I htink it was Jones or Sayles behind him that was about to undercut it and get a possible pick, and the goal post one..Moore was standing waiting for the ball..Taylor was right in his pocket moving forward to again...undercut the route..but ala ball didn't get there. Toughest game of the play-offs for sure...so it will be a true test That being said...we played Hamilton before the re-jigged Defensive scheme, and before Maston and Taylor and Alexander were inserted into the secondary...Rios got royally abused against the Cat's...mainly due to his inexperience with CFL ball...we also played them without a true QB throwing threat to go with our ground game...they were 3rd against the run, but basically middle of the road as 3 teams all gave up 1700+ yards...they being one of the 3...so they can be had along the ground We will have to play a perfect game, and no give aways but that's been the case in th WSF and the WF....so we know we can play that way...

you forgot about cheap shot Edam as well....That secondary even though has a couple vets (Gainey and Purifoy) has no leadership and no accountability...and the coaching is partly to blame for that too...seems they have no control of their guys at times...constant yapping and pushing after plays....especially when they get beat, they still yap and show next to no discipline after the whistle and are basically selfish me first players... Same can be said about their D-line...Pretty sure Johnson if he signed only a 1 year deal won't re-sign there next year..Hughes...did he play?...And Leonard doing a back flip on basically on play with no real impact or bearing on anything at that point of the game just shows they are a "hey look at me" type team...bunch of individuals playing for their own hype...not he name on the front of the jersey...
