And poor cosching and not having them prepped to be in right place to succeed just amplifies it...like I mentioned in another post..teams know our scheme..recognize exactly what we are gonna do pre snap...run guys to spots outside this weird flawed coverage zone we employ...figuring teams will run right into coverage while we wait..and they see that...and exploit it Nobody attacks outside the dline...they hang back and let it come to them And..they are not put in proper position...hence the poor execution

Osh was an outlier pick..he never really did anything to present as a sure fire pick I said before the yr we shoulda approached micky Donovan...fiery..experienced..players love...a new voice and message and one that wouldn't cause a total team mindset shift Most pro orgs will when in our kinda situ dump the HC and move forward there first...less upheaval..less change...minimal disruption...especialy when said g.m has basically went thru 1 HC in his tenure...you need to see if the disconnect was in 1 place..not a total collapse...and all.things considered here it looks as such Dumping both 100 percent of time results in if not requires a total purge..admin staff..majority of coaching...likely a whole new environment and that wasn't needed...we effed up..Osh should have been moved on from..Walters given 2 yrs...and see how that shook out. The cats obviously saw the potential and trajectory of Dobson and made choice to pay a bit early for it...the smart choice...stuff like that doesn't happen here..we will gladly pay after the fact big money on guys tho for previous work at an age where in a lot of instances you should be paying less..take it or leave it kinda stuff...moving on totally..or grooming the heir apparent

Jefferson and Alford out there and they would look inept We play a passive cushion..where we place guys to.just focus on an area..and almost seems they aren't even aware of where some receivers are going and thats why they look so disjointed and confused. Certainly are not properly preparing the team or having them ready thats for sure. Its not like its the odd rare game here or there where its just a case of bad breaks ..or a team just coming out on fire...its pretty much every game..thats an issue OSH talks of all this film they like to watch..and see what needs correcting...etc..etc..but obviously they dont see the issues...or how to break down film...or both...also maybe practice more and focus a lil more on fundamentals and technique..as a lot of our guys need it

They way the game was going...the oline issues...ineptness of the recievers..the god awful game plan...how cgy started defending us..osh shoulda pulled Dru if for anything not get him pummeled and put in Perkins...not TE...Perkins would have forced CGY to switch things up or get gutted...he coulda controlled the pace of game with his scrambling and I bet a lot of off script stuff would actually get some the recievers to actually find soft spots..but nope...he was too clueless Even yes ...do it in a close game...could have really swung game in our direction...osh has zero game awareness

Gatkouth is starting to get his sea legs and confidence..he was already solid in his contain and run defence..especially inside runs and recognizes it quick and doesn't get hosed outside WJ is playing like of old.. and u can see his vet leadership..hes solid..Reese as well...very solid..and he has some serious technique..just fine tune it now and watch out We do need an interior guy to compliment zCerssna and Lawson..Scmeck is good short yardage/goaline guy on both sides of ball...Korn..he who been cut 3x and nobody grabbed him is just a waste...and limited in what position he can play..give his reps to someone else after his pink slip Dixon I wanna see back to further assess as he looked like a good piece. a lot of the fixin needs to happen with the HC and how he is going about things...or maybe take charge of things as it appears he has no control of much...or and I truly think other than hurt us in regards to the coaching cap fire the HC..we'd be no worse for wear this yr, and a firey new voice likely gets this teams attention...a lot of you all wont like that take....but needed to be done before this season started...good will and the mulligans dried upafter th 2024 b.s...last yr just confirmed it We need to remove and try new pieces where we been failing with who we have in house if not for a game or 2 just to see if it moves the needle...and if it doesnt then why we clinging on to them...and bring in new blood....
