As did io...said it in 2025....I mentioned pre camp that WJ can be judged when season starts and how he looks with actual talent around him, and playing actual DE and not relegated to what we had him doing last yr...and well...he looks like 4 yrs ago WJ...and thats cause he isnt out there too much..and has complimentary players out there with him

YUP...prob end of road for him in NFL I think...prob no team now will take a flier that late into season, so depending on what the injury was/is we could see him maybe late in the yr...if not I bet he here in camp next yr

especially when reviewing film you either cant see the deficiency...wont admit it...or refuse to believe it....like us And further to that...that maybe the way we prep guys...our scheme and how you deploy them....aka put them in right position to succeed really really sucks...and deficient players are actually victims of their coaching...or lack there of and maybe not that bad....there is that aspect too I know you wanna lay most blame on Walters and the scouts and shield Osh and his deficiencies...but end of day he has the most control of the roster...game day and PR...decisions made in a game or leading up to it...Not Walters or the scouts, and he is control of how we prepare or at the least overseeing how his assistants are preparing and maybe act on something he see's isn't ideal...if he even has a clue..Thats a head coaches job and a key responibility. He is responsible for pretty much the end product...and well.....we've seen recent results....and the why's for it and we do neither...or have a real hard time identifying...and we already know for most part Osh wont fix anything with a player...especially one he likes or is a longer tenured vet

our film work sucks...they solve absolutley nothing from it apparently...how many times have we heard....we will watch the film and fix the mistakes/execution...and then next game...same ****....different pile?

yeah no excuse now...for excuses...Film work is fine and dandy if you can isolate and identify the reasons for the failing....be it scheme and or player performance. But we fail to recognize or admit sub par player performances or have the plums to yank them from lineup, so we keep trotting them out there...thats part of the problem

its been a steady decline...and looks to be continuing...we not the dominant team were in 2019-2022...That's all I am saying and there is a reason why its happening for the most part We were also a crossover team too...hardly success...and bounced early Success is championships...wins are nice...looking good in reg season sure...but the last 4 seasons if you ask any player...were not a success.

I think that coach Thomas...being not brought back as player Thomas has way more to do with it lol

Garbutt has played 6 gams there...9 tackles..a sack and a forced fumble...blew his knee out and still rehabbing...so how does that define sucking?...You said basically they all suck so why did they get picked up.....and a TC not resurfacing anywhere means nothing really...who elses end up elsewhere.....teams go with their scouts off-season work..so thats kind of a moot point...most guys we moved on from who took reps here played elsewhere...or are playing...Osh cut them..Others found they had value...whatever that was for their team and its needs...And bold out where i said "let player get away" as that was never said But I will say it's dumb to get rid of a player no matter how marginal he may be before you have any talent in house to replace them with...Costs nothing to bring a guy back to camp and compete again...familiar with what you do and then cut if need be if you found a better player...and being a longer tenured vet doesn't equate to being better...Osh thinks so though. And again...based on his history of playing some the poorer players in our employ...who knows how many players he missed the boat on in evaluating then subsequently letting go...maybe thats why he has nothing to pull out his ass. Cause he couldnt build a roster if one slapped him in the face. You can blame Walters all you like, but more blame goes to a coach who cant see talent...thats our issue...that and playing over the hill players based on what they did...many yrs ago as opposed to properly looking at a player and where they could be... or coaches with no ability to get them there....or flawed schemes and mindsets...That also factors into it
