I was at practice last week before the Elks game and he was practicing full bore...and alternating with first team guys....same with this week....so not sure why they using that denomination on the injury report...he's just fine like I say...utter waste.....it's just the rager I mentioned earlier....that or Osh is scared he gonna go all Seal on him and take him out hahaha

Osh in his playing days skirted the line between hard nosed and dirty often, had a rep for it, and also played with the mindset to knock a guy out of the game any chance he could, and if he saw an avenue to do it...would gladly take it....my kind of guy, and how I played back then too.....Wish he would channel some of that into his coaching and not worry so much about being the nice guy.....

Darby plays teams, and have seen reps s well....he is valuable tho cause he is excellent at safety, obviously can play SAM and also HB....If anything thats a smart roster decision having him as a DA....Kudos on that one....boooo on a couple others tho

He played there last yr and was fine...and I know u all love Holm...and he has been good...but Parker is better all around, and was the projected starter before he got hurt....even a rotation of him and Holm would be beneficial is certain sets McCrae really is a nice luxury, but we don't use him enough on offence to make it worth the while for sub par returning, and losing the field position battle on returns, plus Parker could offer way more benefits on kick coverage, as well as defensive depth and rotation,,,, Parker for Mcrae...Fox for Jackson would make us so much better

especially a wasted DA on one of them...when we have a dline rotation with 4 quality guys...2 slugs....against a team with 2 legit RB's who can run u ragged cause that stuff gives Osh a raging Boner...the seal...back story...he's gritty.....so he's in...If we had larger roster limits...for sure...and work him in on defence too, to see if that grit translates there, as thats where he been his whole football life...albeit it a short life, tho thats what he was brought in here for...defence...but with why 2 full backs when we have 2 extra oline guys, have used a oline guy in the fullback spot, as well as have receivers who block their ass off inside the box,...it's pointless...overkill, and a waste of assets on limited rosters in the CFL....Hopefully Miller is back sooner than later so this lunacy can be shelved for a dlineman *****??? hahaha....but I know what u mean...I will say it as I am bigger than him....and still an ornery prick hahahaha But yes he is the coach, and he makes the decisionsbut all coaches make dumb ones, and he's not excluded

he could be an even better one....likely with 3 cups in a row if he tweaked some of his inadequacies tho....all I'm saying

I'd go Parker for Mcrae...DL for Jackson....and we good anyone of our foot soldiers tho can do his role...prob better especially since he has like 4 yrs of real football experience...in total....and half a yr as a pro...in a version of football he has never played....but whatevs...we likely waste that spot all yr long and not use a nationalized american to further help us cause Osh is what he is..A stubborn I dont know what to call him

All depends on a teams SMS...he has no PR eligibility left...and he makes too much above league minimum now to be a cost effective guy who at his age...isn't the future with any team...he is in CFL next yr....if not at some point past labour day

I think he hangs em up after 2025... especially if we win...but...if he still performing at a high level and not dealing with injury after injury...and we have strung a few together after 2025...why would he...and why would we move on? Seems unwarranted

If they have a legit QB...they could be all right in all honesty, so really they not that far off....get rid of a few of those aging vets who aren't gonna do anything for their future....free up some coin to get some in their prime and it's a huge upgrade there. I say end of season if we know Brown is gonna look for a starter gig...we trade his and his rights to the Elks for something we need...Hello Ceresna and a pick...we know Zack is starting here until 2025 anyway, so unlikely Brown is gonna wait that out, and we can't pay him starter cash to stay and basically hamstring us elsewhere on the roster.....such is life but sometimes u just gotta do what u gotta do

yeah....most times they glom over stats as their main metric, so that makes little sense....same with Betts and Jefferson....Betts has a few more tackles but a lot of his are in chase mode after a runner breaks l.o.s....A difference of 2 sacks...WJ blows him away in Knock Downs...WJ also has FF'S edge, and has more of an impact game in and game out, so let the media have their fun....we shall see at end of yr who's left standing in the west Funny as well the team with the best passer....best rusher, and a receiver tops in yardage has an oline with no love either....rather comical

Its funny they slobbered all over Betts forst 6 games...what a pace he was on...yet not a peep about his last 3 games...with no sacks....and minimal stats let alone impact...cherry picking at it's finest No mention of guys like WJ's consistent play...Jeffcoats 4 straight gaes with a sack...with FF and FR mixed in...Lanier recently...Lemons immediate impact.....they just like to push their narratives for sure

yup...exactly this.....we rarely do elaborate stupid things for a common play, or a piddly play for that matter...the most we do is the first down point/ball drop thing....and the2 guy hand slaps..high five combos

yup....and no way they can make it more intimate either based on the set backs for the track that was there....you could add field level seats, but those suck for viewing a game

if we add a guy...I can totally see Osh adding Shmuckel....just cause he a Canadian they drafted...lol Mills and Carey together....with zero quality depth to rotate in makes me feel very uneasy...Bennet prob had his best game of yr last game, but hey it was the Elks, so who knows if thats just a direct result of the competition....even so....still not good enough depth, especially if one of the Jeff's goes down

believe it or not...Commonwealth has top notch facilities and amenities....actually up into the influx of the new NFL stadiums.....they put many NFL teams digs to shame and rivalled many others.....go figure eh?...Havn't been in that stadium in yrs, but from what I know it has been up-kept very well, its just so cavernous and at moment while team is floundering, looks like a grave yard with 17 to 25k people in it...even with mid 30k attendance it looks sorta empty.....stadiums like that set up for athletic games are not cozy and intimate venues for football Cgy tho is a right dump, and antiquated...they need a new facility, or do the total reno-reconfiguration process one side at a time, as I not sure they have an alternate place in CGY to hold games where you hold over 10k attendees....

yeh stats wise we are basically one of the...if the not top secondary believe it or not....I'm not too concerned there....I more concerned with dline depth and rotation, and the averageness of a few back-ups more than anythiung with the prospect of both Mills and Carey splitting reps the mirroring they refer to, is ZC right in behind DB as he goes through the plays, seeing and locating the reads for what they are scheming , so he knows what they are trying to accomplish. ball spin is totally a nothing celebration really...been going on forever, and minor lil things I think are fine...hated the choreographed crap.....glad we dont do it, and the few teams that do look dumb....I dont mind when the group of db's or defense on any team do the run and pose for a pic thing... the choreographed nonesense is too much...and dumb...spontaneous and natural celebrations are fine, and yes....do not want to be boring and lame like the NFL
