I really cant see Wade being happy with this...or putting up with it much longer...It's very obvious we have some poor roster decisions as starters...some bad use of guys on roster and how we use the ratio....the total refusal to use a nationalized player...and the lack of any player development behind some of our bad roster choices....and these all factor into what our record is this yr, and is an extension of why we lost the last 2 cups....toss into that nice recipe the fact we didnt have the team prepared and ready to start the season....and we are now 1/3rd into it and it still seems we are not 100 percent prepared....and have been out-coached too many times to count....any other place in the league where we would be seeing this go on we'd all be laughing like jackyls...

its a pathetic sad move...and I bet my right nut as I already lost my left one on a different stupid Osh manouver that Osh was driving force for this signing Kind of how we got ZC...as at that time everyone and their dog figured he was done...

we know 2..prob 3 guys tho he prob better than...and yes..I lumped biggie in there....the trifecta of below avrage....well I guess may as well plop Thomas in there and make it the true quartet it is....pretty sad when 1/3 of your defense....right up the gut basically...is sub par....worst in the league There is no excuse...reasoning or way a HC could create an environment where a team that still has legit top shelf vet talent in the house can take his back to back champ team...and one that got there the last 2 yrs as well albeit lost...but compiled a 29-7 record in doing so drop off the cliff so abruptly and be sitting at 2-5 1/3rd of way into season with a very good chance of being 2-8 in real short order....none whatsoever...thats failure off epic proportions and any rope on his leash he had for the 2 cup wins should be cinched up real tight now. The GM to a lesser extent should also be looked at but he and his Asst's brought in a lot of talent that their HC basically ushered out the door not even allowing them a legit chance to bump a worse player off the roster...even tho several showed better.....that being said he should have laid down the law and or not even gave Osh the opportunity to roster some guys...no matter what his reasoning for bringing them back were....

He's got quick feet tho...lol But yeah...he hasn't been good...and even last year media jumped all over the hype from TC when Osh made some comments...he wasn't bad per say last yr...but he wasnt all that people talked him up to be...and he was targeted lots last yr too...hence the high tackles, and the knock downs...with volume thrown at you...you are gonna get knock downs Kramdi tho has no reason starting other than Osh's love affair for him for what reason I am not sure...and his age now...his physical attributes...this is his upside...and if Osh and some of you fans are fine with the worst SAM in the league then not sure what we will do...I'm not fine with it I can see if that was the one spot we "needed" the Canadian for ratio and was our best option for a Canadians use....then that would be reasonable...but we need 1 Canadian to always be on the field and Ford has that locked down...and should for yrs now...so prudent recruiting/drafting/free agent work should be to find another Canadian who can play that spot as back-up/rotation . The wasted reps with no upside/now no good Thomas....Schmeck who hasn't made any leaps forward...tho it's hard when Thomas gets most dline reps out of anyone not named WJ...So we effectively not even allowing ourselves to even see if he is worth hanging on to...or just replacing....Once Lawson is back he will be the prime Canadian Dline guy...and thats a good thing...Hubert has some serious potental and I want to see us get him to add 10...15 pounds and be that multi spot guy....but relying on him right now for major reps is again...not the best option for us if we want to have a dominant line to compensate a bit for weakassed OverHill and Flailing BA...and non-impactful Kramdi. Sadly as it sits we could do an actual in-season shift/transition with guys already here, and make us significantly better...but Osh won't...and to me if there is a bit of friction and not seeing the same vision with Walters/Miller and Osh...and an unwillingness to change his ways...then why not pull the pin...we wont be any worse and from being in a similar situation before myself..I know damn well that the players will come out and play with extreme fire and grit...and some who are almost kind of going thru motions now due to this mess...would look like night and day difference I sure it wont be publically stated...alluded to or even talked about by media here but I can with confidence say that there is some dissention and frustration in the room...and its not as close and "tight" as they claim

As I see it, a change at MLB...Safety...SAM and going majority reps on Dline would totally revamp this defence Obtaining and using an actual legit punter, and either sticking with one legit returner (Smith...and let him grow into it)...or finding a legit one...be it proven Chandler Worthy...Trading for a guy like Leake....or scout one...as other teams seem to find them....and our ST's would be top notch, as our cover issues seem to be solved Start on offence with a change at center with already in the house ELI and go from there...I bet that alone would make a world of difference...and if it doesnt totally solidify it change the deck chairs at guard until it works Strev needs to get legit/serious reps as an actual full QB...especially in games where ZC looks like trash...which is often now....to see if he can be a legit number one and someone to build around...or if he needs to be the change of pace 1b and short yardage/special package guy...an ideal backup. Lawler when back should be in with Whitehead and allow us to let Wilson grow with less pressure on him to be "the guy"....let him grow and develop...People seem to think the Whitehead signing was all meh...and that he is lost it...but he adds a ton of value and versatility to what we could do...plus he is a nice option as a backup returner too....or used in tandem Theres some easy/simple tweaks we can do right now....on the fly that would turn thigs around significantly, and also allow us to bring in new blood and evaluate as we go...this yr...but when we have a stubborn ol smug HC who is basically doing the My way or the Hiway" approach...it seems like a tall order to get done without some upper management intervention 3 minor personell tweaks...and a change in how we roll out our dline philosophy would would have immense changes to how we look on defense....no question about that at all

We can run all import dline for every snap if we choose...in varying combos....we dont need a Canadian Dline guy.....We need 1 canadian on defence...thats it....and if we actually used the Nationalized rule we would have even more flex Osh chooses to use sub par guys at DT....and at Times end with Hubert...no knock on him but he is far from ready to be a fulltime contributor...he also is of the belief that Krmdi is some all-star and needs to be on the field for all the reps when we can easily put a better...and cheaper optiuon there that is an Import....just poor poor use off assets and SMS money Thomas really has no business even being here other than on PR or 6 gamed in the scenario where we are absolutely gutted by injury...Biggie and BA too.....they are not the future, they definately should not be considered an optiojn in any role for 2025...and really they are hardly the now...we just stagnating any player development to succeed them, or allowing ourselves to evaluate guys on our PR this yr to see if they worth keeping and developing Good point in McGhee..They figured he was the dude this yr soley cause they held him all last yr...yet Bonds..Griffen..Bridges all surpassed him and made roster...we still have Parker who may factor in...yet we keep him on PR using up a spot...why not delete him and bring in a new guy to evaluate....That can be said of a lot of our PR guys the last few yrs...clung to guys for several yrs, when they could never make the roster, and then they just dumped to start the process over again....its pretty pathetic when u look at how we have managed things

I like how you hve touched on this, as I have said before even tho they talk about how tight they are...the culture..etc....outwordly.....inwardly i gets to a point where a core group of players will get very disenchanted, and like you said almost start to become more for me...than we...when they see certain players get preferential treatment, and play ahead of guys who rightfully should be taking majority of reps...or are coach's fav's...I've seen it/played within it first hand where it is the ultimate way to divide a room...and I see it happening here last yr already....and It's also a coach killer...self inflicted mind you...but their demise Yeah Osh has won some games....we got to 4 Cups...tho lost 2 right at the feet of him...and will say again as others have also come to see now that we won a lot despite what Osh was doing...because we had elite guys in their prime that glossed over a lot of the real dumb decisions...we don't have that now...plus the lack of forward thinking and planning has us extremely bare in a lot of positions for any succession plan, and a few of our contracts we are stuck with barring a trade or out right release is gonna hamper us even being able to make say 2..3 bigger moves in free-agency next yr to fix that...seeing as our HC has no inclination whatsoever to allow any yhoung guys take over and show that they are it.... It's a what have you done for me lately and 2+ yrs now has been a HC who is oblivious to the situation, and almost doing things to the detriment of the squad soley on his personal biases....so to say there now way we would move on from him...especially if he shows no plan to change his ways, is a fail by Walter's and Miller....There are a lot of coaches out there who we could hire and we would be just fine....Osh isnt the be all end all of HC's....sometimes things just run their course no...we are setting ourselves ujp for epic collapse next yr clinging onto 2019-2021
