Common knowledge. No offense, but find it yourself. Everyone knows that the whole province needed to be redone with fibre optic and only a very small portion of it had been done. I am, of course, referring to the original privitization of MTS. Billions were needed to do so with very little realistic hope of cost recovery. CBC links? Apples and oranges. MTS required a multi-billion dollar technology upgrade just to continue operating. We have already spent the billions on Hydro.

We can sit here and debate ideologies all day long, capitalism vs communism. But answer me this question commies, why has every communist country had the majority of it's people living in abject poverty? That's not opinion...that's fact. For a system that says it will spread the wealth why is it so hopelessly ineffective at doing so?

As long as their are sectors of intelligent and charismatic people that are greedy in a population, communism is doomed to fail.

That's a bunch of baloney. Other teams perfectly understand why a player might have less stats in Winnipeg's offence. Their earning power is unaffected by playing in our system, and demonstrating good team attitude and an ability to win can earn them even more. I get that you have a hard on of hate for Paul Lapolice, but he's not costing us FA signings or re-signings. You are out to lunch with this theory.

I gotta be honest, with Strev at QB I like Bailey and Petermann over Whitehead and Demski too. Bailey and Petermann are more traditional receiver types that give Streveler nice, easy pass options. I really like what Whitehead and Demski bring to the table in play making ability, and with an experienced QB they get my vote, but they do not have the same ability to get consistently open and provide their QB with safe medium range targets in the holes of the zone. Personally, I was hoping the Bombers were going to give Petermann more playing time this year. Bailey seems to have a natural receivers ability in his routes and nice soft hands.

Andrew Harris rarely comes out flat. I'm not worried about that scenario at all.
