The play call by Lapo - NOT to use Harris - and then that high school panic play by Nichols is really the low point of the season. Elizondo is a garbage OC... their offence took a huge step back when he joined them and it was really Henry Burris that willed them to win in 2016 playoffs... Otherwise, his play calling is very much the same as Lapo's but maybe worse.

Right now, Conteh over Adeleke and Geoff Gray over Evan Johnson aren't looking like great decisions either The BC trade and Simonise were savvy decisions imo... same with Petermann and A G-D

Again, there have been some great picks... but first overall is not one of them... Teams picking mid-first round usually have the best payoff Huff's ability to pick BPA despite size/school/off-field issues has also paid off more than any other GM - Sunderland took a page out of his book in 2017...

Dinwiddie is a pretty interesting idea... Not sure that Lapo isn't HC with Dinwiddie OC though...
