We have let go a number of vets over the past few years (Jeffcoat, Bighill, Woli) where salary, age and sometimes production were a factor. Jake's older, his production isn't great and he's not on a minimum salary and yet he survives. Make sense now?

What does that look like, 15-20 reps? For that I'd argue you're better off using Schemekel, Sampson or a new draftee.
