Oh, I'm fine with MOS back if he fires Hogan and gets a real OC and he starts saying bye bye to the aging vets. I get frustrated by him but appreciate the 9 straight 10+win seasons, 2 cup wins etc. Honestly a little worried about who we would replace him with. Yeah so basically I just want Miller to kick MOS and KW in the ass, light a fire and then improvements.

Ayers-Don't bring back Wheatfall-Does not deserve a large raise. Would be fine if he's not back Wilson-Time to move on Vaughters-Not worth the $165000, fine if he's not back Demski-Really like him, not sure he's worth the 225000 he's currently getting Nichols, Holm. Kramdi-I think you need to pick 2 out of 3. Could Smith step into the Kramdi role?

The past two years, Brady has been the engine of the offense and often the only reason it has had success. I'd hate to lose him because we keep Hogan or decide not to pay him. Especially when Zach needs to take a cut of at least $100,000, Willie is overpaid, Vaughters is overpaid, Kola and Thomas are deadweight.

I get the money thing but honestly to lose Brady potentially because Walters is overpaying Collaros would be frustrating. Zach at 450,000, fine. Zach at 600,000 not fine. I'd rather we get rid of Willie if they need to save money.

I'll be disappointed if Brady goes elsewhere.

After reading the article that @SpeedFlex27 cited, it does seem like MOS wants to keep the status quo, not just players but Hogan too. To which I say barf.

I don't want GM MOS. I suspect both MOS+KW are back unless one decides to go elsewhere. Hoping its the apple and the roadmap for Hogan.

On Kyrie, you have two young Canadians in Shay and Smith. If Kyrie is back, do those two sit for another year?

Jake getting contributing 9 tackles in 18 games despite playing a large percentage of snaps isn't an issue? Disagree. I agree that Willie also doesn't contribute enough for the paycheck he's getting. On the D, I get that JY's scheme is different but is it one that is going to work?

I wonder what Zach options are? Under contract for next year. Is he planning to retire? Ask for a trade? Agree with @wbbfan, don't want to trade Zach and Elgersma. Agree with @Noeller on the injury concern with Brown.

Zach saying he wants the core back is troubling, we need to get better. Gives off the vibe that the vets just want the status quo/they believe they'll be fine.

On Ayers, waste of a DI spot using it on a ST player. J. Smith is honestly as good or better.

To me: Easy Choice-They Need to go Hogan, Kolo, Thomas, Mitchell, Logan Can Stay but needs a pay cut Zach ($600,000 is too much, $400-$450,000 would be ok) I feel like we need to move on Jefferson, Kyrie Wilson May Retire Bryant, Neufeld Don't bring back due to health Streveler, Schoen

Its clear changes need to be made, its unclear we will see them. On Miller-Great at the off the field stuff, ie ticket sales, game day experience, promotions, not sure about the on field or whether he'll fire his buddies. On Walters-He didn't do a great job this year or the past few. On MOS-Great overall, future dude with a statue and name on the Ring of Honour, poor roster management, been here 11 years, maybe a time for a change.

I like Rourke and Buck. Hoping BC does us a solid and knocks out the Riders next week.
