do or die

I don't know about that. I wouldn't ever want to enter into a thousand yard staring contest with him, especially during a game while he was coaching. Or a hangdog staredown......

Hearty welcome back, ISO.....

Guy was still rambling on about Lyle Bauer and his "thugs", the other day......I know a lot of it is a act, but certain parts appear pathological in nature...

Well we had a head of steam, and some goodwill after the Rider game.....but getting humilited in the home opener (yet another stinkbomb at IGF) really set things back some....

Easy way to keep the options open.......score more touchdowns....

I would spent more time refuting Lyle's misrepresentations and twisting of facts......but in reality, that job would take me away from family and work, on a full time basis.....

Now that Shankman has been punted as a mod he may find a home back at Ourbombers, where he can talk to himself all day. He is his own biggest fan anyway. How could they part with Shankman?

Big whoop.....

Seen plenty of MLB's making tackles not just up the middle, but around the hashmarks, in pursuit. Trust MOS is going to tune this guy up....because if anything, we are committed to.....the ratio...

Tipping point game for the Riders, this weekend. A loss would put them 0-4, with 3 home losses and give BC the season series, as well. Almost a must win.

Thought the Rider fans were being pretty rough on CC......then I remembered the stuff, I said about Burke..... Blowing games, in the most excruciating manner, does take its toll.........

Seen that a few times, this year on the crossing stuff....

Roughriders' opponents have scored a touchdown all eight times they have advanced inside the 20-yard line. Not ONE red zone stop in 3 games. Wow....

If they lose the back to back to BC at home.....there will be blood..

Some of the rational for moving Randle up closer, was to get Adams into the lineup, in the back......last nite, that plan looked pretty good...

You think we are tough.....Rider fans are clubbing CC like a baby seal. And Chamblin hasn't even acquired a hangdog look, or said he didn't want the job anyways...

Tough grinding games, where not everything goes well....but you find ways to win.....can be decent character builders..

In a predictive vein....Taman has to go 12-3 now...

I take full credit for this.... As my "last place" post, about the Lions....obviously keyed the BC comeback.....

CC taking shrapnel from all corners.....some of the particular criticism...reminds me of Tim Burke

Lions were just waiting....for me to type this...

Lulay not zipping the ball.... Harris not accelerating through the cuts... No discipline..... OL/DL look weak... Might be a last place team....

Saw Hurl make one nice tackle....and he was around the ball on another. That's it. If he was an import. he might be gone, already....

Big coming out party for Randle at OLB..... ...this guy was all over the field, tonight..... Just as well....as J. Adams isn't going anywhere ....with a INT TD and some good hits... Still waiting on Hurl.....not active enough at MLB.... Blue D having problems with crossing/drag patterns.. ...in the the form of S. J. Green with 4 huge gains.... Bomber front 4 was better, but some ways to go..... Westerman is getting there..... Turner had flashes...but consistency an issue..... Anderson still sort of MIA.... Bomber O moved the ball in the middle of the field.... .....but things came crashing to a halt, in red zone.... Missed a lot of 2nd down conversions..... Bomber run game struggled tonight..... Cotton gave the effort and did some hard plowing...... ...but got planted, a number of times..... Long corner patterns to Denmark..... ...and short balls to Moore...Bomber pass O staples.... Kolhert did his thing....steady player... Meanwhile... D. Adams still imitating Maytag repair man.... Some of the run plays are too slow to develop.... Cato gave up a couple of picks....costing the Als 10 pts.... ...but showed poise and accuracy from the pocket.... If he keeps this up, Montreal will be tough..... .with veteran play makers on O, and very tough front 7 on D.... Sutton runs hard...but some tackles not made.... Liam H. has some kind of phobia, about the extra point.... ...but was 3 for 3 on FG's and punted very well....... Huge tipping point with 17 sec left in 1st half... ...as a Shell punt block and Sherman recovery.... ...gave the Bombers a huge TD..... Als Bowman is still a top player in the league..... Hefney had some hard hits, for the Als Montreal is a physical team....and Bombers brought their wood... ....real hard hitting, tough grinding game..... ...when you just need to find a way...... ...especially when you don't score a TD on offense.... Montreal's 4 turnovers and Blue's O.. was probably that way..... Huge hustle plays from Johnson, Leggett, Bucknor, Sherman... Still too many penalties, taken by Bombers... Still too many penalties in these games Flag fests are really slowing down things.... Sometimes you just can't get the style points...just the win.. Other times you just can't get the fancy label...just the gin..
