So as I understand it.... Walters drafts the most pro ready player, in a area of need, with the first pick ....and immediately signs him for 3 years, for 8-10G more than the same pick last year , avoiding any delay in said player's development and ability to contribute to this team, sooner than later. The key would be to able to speak to someone in the Trump administration..... who has not told a pack of lies.... Khari Jones threw plenty of picks.....but also a mess of TDs. We were also winning games. Methodology is different from say, a Nichols....but the bottom line is simply getting it done, and leading the team to wins. Believe Nichols can do that. .....and compared to what we have had around here for a while.....is pretty good.

Is Nichols elite........well, no. But he has shown the moxie to reboot his career after some horrible setbacks. Nichols has also shown he can operate the Lapo O quite efficiently, with good decision making and a minimum of mistakes. His teammates also seem to respond to his leadership, as well. The sum may be greater than his parts.....
