  1. Im ok with Muamba and/or Loffler. Muamba can rotate at WIL and MAC. He is very good on ST too. The $ must be reasonable though. Loffler should come in cheap but the question is, is he healthy enough to play after his recent injury.
  2. https://3downnation.com/2021/02/11/insider-talk-free-agency-market-crash-the-cfls-new-highest-paid-non-quarterback/ The Bombers are really high on Sean McGuire. That’s why they didn’t go out and sign a backup quarterback in free agency.
  3. exume signed with the als today
  4. Rich Stubler?
  5. Still wish we could re-sign Kongbo back.
  6. The question is what spot need to crack this year. I can only see one starting spot left which is weak-side HB - that's if Alexander will stay at Safety. These new guys need to be better than this championship team otherwise their best case scenario is on the PR. My uneducated attempt to put up the depth chart.
  7. You, Debbie Downer... 😁
  8. Sad to lose Kerf. He has a new born and wanted to stay close to home. Can understand that. Petermann is joining the coach who sparingly used him on his time here.
  9. Yup. we need more DT bodies on the roster. Most of the new guys are DE types - Antihga, McCallister, Kaloamtangi, Choudja, Alexandre, Wilcots and Kenney. The only DT type is Casey Sayles, I'm not sure if we still have Ezekiel Rose. If they are planning to rotate Thomas/Griffith-Stove on the inside, I think it's a downgrade from Thomas-Nevis/Stove that we used at DT 2019.
  10. He is signed, I believe
  11. If Mitchell will start, one of Lawler and Bailey will be out of the line-up, possibly Bailey. I think he will be replaced by a smallish receiver who can also do returns to tandem with Grant.
  12. watta nice!
  13. The way I look at it, we have Line 1a: Schiefele line Line 1b: Dubois line Line 2: Stastny line Line 3: Lowry line
  14. Rod Pedersen says LBs Dean and Herdman twins going to the Riders
  15. Will be picking up LS Mike Benson, a Winnipeger. Then let's get back on our regular routine.
  16. I'm not comparing them to Micah Johnson. For sure he will cost a lot. And if he doesn't fit Walters’ budget those two are a cheaper options. They started games so the experience is there. Kinda like when we pickup Nevis after a year playing for Ham, no one thought Walters will pick him up.
  17. I know that... but having 27 tackles/1 sack or 32 tackles/4 sacks is better than unproven.
  18. Sleeper free-agency pickups in DT position are: Baron Woody (MTL) and Michael Wakefield (OTT) both started for their respective teams and have almost the same stats with Stove. I think they would be cheaper option than Micah Johnson.
  19. thought I saw this picture before 😁
  20. Should put Perfetti on the line with Connor and Dubois. Is it just me, but I'm feeling that dirty Tkachuk will injure one of the center tom.
  21. I think we will win the trade because of this.
  22. I'll take it with a grain of salt. Of course, he wont let other GM's to have a clue what he's planning to do.
  23. Justin Medlock, K: Made 37 of 43 field goals and produced a career-tying best 44.5-yard average on punts in 2019. Tied a CFL record by hitting six of seven field goals in the Grey Cup. Contemplating retirement. Lucky Whitehead, REC/K-RET: Started 15 regular-season games and ranked second on the team with 52 catches, producing 521 yards and two touchdowns. Also ran nine times for 92 yards and a touchdown, while producing another major on a kickoff return. Did not dress in the playoffs. Chad Rempel, LS: The CFL’s longest-serving player suited up for 15 regular-season games as the long snapper, plus the West Final and Grey Cup. Thomas Miles, LB: A Winnipegger who played all 21 games in 2019, making eight special-teams tackles and four on defence. Won the team’s Ed Kotowich Good Guy Award, and is believed to be considering a post-football career. Daniel Petermann, REC: Dressed for all 21 games in his second season, started two and caught 15 passes for 118 yards and a touchdown. Kerfalla Exume, DB: An eight-round pick who made an impact as a rookie on special teams, tying for the team lead with 25 tackles. Maxime Latour, LS: joined the practice roster after Rempel got hurt in the Labour Day Classic. Played in the Banjo Bowl, two more regular-season games and the Western semifinal. John Rush, FB: Suited up for all 21 games, making seven special-teams tackles, one of them in the playoffs. https://winnipegsun.com/sports/football/cfl/winnipeg-bluebombers/look-for-bombers-to-stand-pat-in-free-agenzzzzzzzz?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=twitter
