    The impressive part is the bottom 1/3 they are really good at what they do. They have drafted really well in terms of bringing in guys that excel at special teams.

    Feel real good for Rush making the opening game roster. He is going to develop into one of those special teams beasts.

    That is the rule straight from the head of officials. By the definition he gave and the examples he showed it was how they view it and call it. So at least they are consistent there.
