Kromah likely to make Bomber debut Friday
Mr. Perfect replied to Mr. Perfect's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion
You're right, let's trade for Eric Taylor. I love when people act like height and weight are the only determining factors in the quality of a football player, especially a linebacker. -

Sure hope so. Kuale has been painful to watch on more than a few occasions. -

He's only two inches shorter than Kuale, and weighs seven pounds less according to the Bomber website. Not that much of a difference. -

Yup, IMO, signing hank was all about name recognition, people know who henry buriss is, I'm not sure Kevin Glenn sells tickets. Henry is more marketable than Glenn, he is a name, he can put his name on things, Glenn, decent qb but if you were to poll a group of casual fans, and said... Glenn or Buriss, most would say Buriss just cuz they have more than likely heard his name before. Burris wasn't brought in to sell tickets. The fact that there's football again in Ottawa, and for the first time in nine years is more than enough reason to buy tickets. The fans know full well what happens when you don't buy them.

Drew Edwards @scratchingpost 53m #Ticats QB Dan LeFevour has a suspected ACL tear in his left knee and will likely miss the rest of the season. #CFL It will be great watching a team hosting a home playoff game this year with 5 wins.
-
Burris is throwing the ball right between the numbers of opposing linebackers and overshooting receivers worse than he has in years, which for him is quite the accomplishment. He's every bit a part of the problem.

That team will never be anything as long as Desjardins is calling the shots.

Marcel is going to give Dressler and/or Matthews whatever they want when they're cut.

How good is our offensive play calling?
Mr. Perfect replied to BigBlue's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion
Truer words were never spoken. -
Rob Demorvsky, one of the Green Bay Packers beat writers for ESPN projects that Andy Mulumba will not make the final roster. Mulumba is currently third on the Packers depth chart at his left outside linebackers position behind Clay Matthews and Mike Neal. Demorvsky, who is typically very accurate in his analysis, visions the team keeping 10 linebackers, and Mulumba being beat out by rookie Carl Bradford. http://espn.go.com/blog/green-bay-packers/post/_/id/11659/green-bay-packers-projected-roster-4 http://www.packers.com/team/depth-chart.html

Kirk Penton @PentonKirk 3m .@superbomberfan O'Shea said Moore would be good, but he wants him to be "great." #Bombers

Darrin Bauming @DarrinBauming 15m Moore is out. Neufeld is in. O'Shea says he has a few other roster decisions yet to make, assumedly Teague Sherman and Moe Leggett. #Bombers

Matthews had one reception for Seattle for 16 years against Denver.

Alex Hall had one tackle for the Panthers in their game against Buffalo.

Bang on. Nobody has any idea what the other options were on the play, and Marcel doesn't tell Willy where to throw the ball. He reads pre snap, he reads the defence after the snap, goes through his progressions and makes a decision. Unfortunately it was the wrong decision. End of story.
-
Is this what it's going to look like? I sure as hell hope not...

The DB has every opportunity to jump an out route if he's giving cushion if he reads the play properly, just as he did jumping in front of JFG. The call was fine, whether you like it or not. Willy telegraphed the throw, end of story. The return wasn't minimal either. It very likely would have been good enough to convert for a first down considering it was second down and less than five to go. It was situational football and the right call was made, it was just executed poorly. As I said though, Willy will learn from it. We're in very good hands with him but as is the case with any quarterback, there will be mistakes.

Riders unveil their "Signature Look" jersey
Mr. Perfect replied to Mike's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion
Here is a better look of the jersey without the photo effects to try and enhance the jersey...quite butt **** ugly now that I've seen this. -
Underthrow and a tad late. But yes, perfectly happy as well having him lead the ship for sure. Picks, and pick sixes will happen. That's football. It happens to the best of them.

Riders unveil their "Signature Look" jersey
Mr. Perfect replied to Mike's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion
Normally I'd say it's pretty bad, but I suppose considering how teams down south like Seattle, Jacksonville, and Tampa Bay have modified their jerseys, this sort of style is slowly starting to become more popular and I've become more numb to it I guess.. I miss the traditional football jersey though I must say. -
Oh hey....

JFG was just one of the options on the play. The call is fine. There were other players running routes. Willy wasn't pressured on the throw. It was just simply a poor read. That one is on him, and to his credit he knows it and he'll learn from it. MB, as much as I dislike like his calls, is not to blame for the pick six.
