Love me a late HNIC game that I actually care about. Gonna be half in the bag by the time the game starts... Let's do it!

This will sound cheesy, I know, but I'm ready to step up and do whatever it takes, from a fan perspective, to help get a season off the ground. I've long toyed with buying seasons tickets, even tho I'm in AB, so maybe this is the year. Everyone, players included, are making sacrifices... I'm ready to step up if need be.

It's a completely ridiculous position, for sure, but still something that is (unfortunately) necessary with our current form of government. It's unbelievable that someone could **** up a job as easy as that one...

My only guess is that it's the Back Up QB thing...... Guy we don't know is better than guy we know...

another thing to keep in mind is that we still haven't seen last year's picks in a camp yet. There's going to be so many bodies this year, I wonder if they go with futures picks, if for no other reason than we've got too many people to properly evaluate as it is and don't want to add to it...

Walters has said a few times that they'd targeted Collaros for awhile and could never get him.

I'm a big believer that you can never have enough quality NI OL, and I think Walters is a believer in that, too. I fully expect us to take OL with a pick that high...

I'd feel a lot better about losing Stove if we still had Nevis. Those two are just chaos in the middle....

Can't imagine how or why Stove's agent is playing hardball on neg's.... not like he has a ton of leverage. Either way, hope it gets done 'cause I really like the guy. Important piece of the puzzle.

I'm a Wheeler fan, but man he's looking old and slow the first two games......which would be a continuation of his play from the summer bubble. That's a shame...

Our town invested millions in a locally owned fibre optic network that allows for the second fastest internet speeds in North America. 1000mbps top speed. It's pretty cool for sure.

That's a shame. I remember playing his music when I was in Dauphin. I don't know how many people know, but Manitoba has a truly incredible First Nations music scene right now. I think a lot of people are discovering William Prince (finally!), but Don Amero, Desiree Dorion, and Jade Turner are a few of my favourites right now and I know there's a ton more coming up the ranks. It's impressive.

My money's on someone from the Flames... or someone's wife/girlfriend/etc has symptoms.....

I'm sort of torn on the two eps I watched. I really don't care for the retro-Sitcom homages, but am very very curious about what's going on and why it's happening. We'll keep plowing through in the hopes that it starts to pick up....but if the whole show was just spoofing on old sitcoms......ehhhhhhhh.
