GDT - Week 4 - The Stamps (1-2) @ The Champs (2-1)
God Wilson is another criminally underrated player in D. We have had some huge holes on D due to injury already this year. But of course all TSN will talk about is Jefferson and Jeffcoat and maybe bighill.

Collaros is not as good at the short game as Nichols. Think we need to change it to play to his strengths instead.

GDT - Week 4 - The Stamps (1-2) @ The Champs (2-1)
Some of those passes had to be zipped in there by collaros though cause he hit some tight windows. Some of the drops I think the receiver either didn't think it would get through or they were distracted by the dbs waving at it. The other guys filling in are good, but Stove is just so under rated at blowing up the offensive line.

Canadian Politics
I was just in Victoria for a week and saw an NDP sign on the way to the ferry vandalized to say something about kommunists. Yes with a K. The best and brightest making their voices heard I suppose.

A lot of the reasoning for people not using birth control are education and access related. Besides that I don't think people generally use abortion as birth control anyway.

People like to put it all on Nelson, but the special teams are not giving him a lot of help.

Football ultimately comes down to who makes less mistakes and makes more big plays.

week four games
Good in the Grey Cup and awful in the West final. Semifinal was ok because in the 2nd half a one legged streveler ran all over the stamps d.

GDT - Week 4 - The Stamps (1-2) @ The Champs (2-1)
Well hey the Bombers didn't make those mistakes the week before and the result was a win. So it seems to me you are wrong. Argos stopped the run in the first matchup too, the difference was collaros playing like poop in the rematch rematch receivers putting balls on the ground. This team is always going to have that big play ability, the wins and losses come when they don't execute the little things.

Spending so much time in winnipeg and Saskatchewan allowed lapo to skate by without actual real criticism. Now he will be seen for what he is.

GDT - Week 4 - The Stamps (1-2) @ The Champs (2-1)
Oh no I have said multiple times the argos outplayed em, but there you go again pretending that the Bombers didn't also contribute through their own mistakes. But things happen in games, you choose to ignore one side and then pretend you're objective.

Also hope for missed field goals and poor and dropped passes. Or are we pretending that it was all on the argos for that showing by the Bombers last week?

Shame that the schedule makers didn't give us that free space on the bingo card Early season with an even longer layoff. Offenses were bound to come out of the gate slower.

Covid-19
Now I have flashbacks to wearing the damned backpack with a hose off it putting a strip of the stuff on every cows back. The fact people are so pigheadedly stubborn that they will try these things for covid rather than admit they were wrong about vaccines just blows my mind.

Week 4 Practice Notes & Discussions
They seem to like Oliveira, I would have liked to see them work Augustine in more because he did well when called upon before. However it was only 2 games against the same team Brady had issues so we really can't make too many judgements on him just yet.

Lock of the Week 4
Darvin Adams. Regretted not taking him last week.

Covid-19
The last time I read a sun newspaper was several years ago while waiting on an oil change and yeah, it was ridiculously partisan to the point you can't even call it news. I doubt they have gotten any better since.

Odds and Sods - Game 3 - Bombers at Argos
Where's the fun in that?

Odds and Sods - Game 3 - Bombers at Argos
And despite all of that the score says the Bombers hung around. This isn't trying to turn a loss into a moral victory, this is saying that cleaning up some very correctable things and the team will be fine. Lots of errant passes and drops that are out of character for players on this team. So again, it's a loss but it's not the end of the world. Most of the problems they had in that game are ones that are easily correctable. Or do you think there guys are really as bad as they played?
-
Odds and Sods - Game 3 - Bombers at Argos
Yeah and what everyone else is saying is the final score was close despite a terrible bomber effort. No one is moving goal posts, just saying that they can keep the score close even while playing a terrible game. You really are daft sometimes. If you pulled your head out of your ass time to time and actually looked at what people were saying you wouldn't come across so obtuse.

Odds and Sods - Game 3 - Bombers at Argos
And where did I say they were close to winning? Pay attention. I said they played like **** and were still close. Do you expect them to be THAT bad every game? The fact the game was close is a statement whether you like it or not.

2021 (??) CFL Season
Which is a stupid stat because at least half of those missed passes were godawful throws. Maybe more but I don't remember all of them.

2021 (??) CFL Season
I don't recall him having any bad drops in that game. He had some incompletions on balls that would be difficult to catch at the best of times... honestly he was probably the best receiver in that game. Adams and Lawler gassed way easier passes and collaros didn't do anything to help at all. Worst game I have seen from collaros in for ever.
-
Odds and Sods - Game 3 - Bombers at Argos
That's what I am saying. If 2 big plays is all it takes for a game to be close isn't that a testament? No one is pretending that the Bombers almost won that game. All we are saying is that they played like complete **** in a lot of phases and still had chances to win the game. Unless you think they're going to be so completely bad in all phases in all games going forward...

2021 (??) CFL Season
Why are people ragging on Bailey so hard after that last game? Was it the one drop on the short pass? Cause that was a shitty throw by collaros more than a receiver problem...
