Week 13 - Non-Champ Edition
The Riders might get on a winning streak here but they are benefitting from getting the worst game from every opponent. /s

Around The NHL 2021/22
Wasn't "an incident" reported in 2010, it was harassing behaviour. The assault wasn't reported until much later as corroborated by the report released this week and Beach's interviews on TV and for the report. They, the NHL, need an independent body to handle these types of allegations in the workplace without having fear of sending people home for awhile to get it sorted out. That seems to be the big fear that ultimately cost Quenneville his job and any legacy he would have had, along with the fact he was presiding over practices where homophobic slurs were a joke and enabled well into the 2010s.

Week 13 - Non-Champ Edition
93-41 over 3 games with none of those games ending closer than 10 points. Not barely. Hasn't been as good since he came back from NFL.

Week 13 - Non-Champ Edition
Will be interesting to see. The kicker they have who is an Global has a hell of a leg but no accuracy or consistency in both facets of kicking. He was pretty close to making the NFL a few times. He should be one of the better global players we've seen yet.

Around The NHL 2021/22
FIFO is just "fit in" in the sense of everyone pulling the same direction for the same goal on the football field. It's not at all a request to suppress personality or personal responsibility, personal or group accountability or sweep criminality under the rug. I don't really know how it has entered this discussion as a means to build/enable a culture of disrespect in the community of the team or broader community. Appears to be quite the opposite.

2021 (??) CFL Season
I find them a lot more negative toward Desjardins than most, deservedly so as someone who is quite pompous along with having questionable competence.

2021 (??) CFL Season
The main problem in Ottawa was not having a QB or an offense. They hired Lapo, he had two offseasons and this is what he puts on the field. They are worse today than they were when he was hired.

2021 (??) CFL Season
Sure, but BLM goes down and the next guy is ready to play, even a raw rookie. Regardless of the whole team, who is one QB that you could say Lapolice developed into a reasonable CFL quarterback?

2021 (??) CFL Season
How does the world keep giving an offensive guru a pass for never developing a quarterback and never running an efficient or good offense as a head coach? Again, 4 full or partial seasons as a head coach and worst or 2nd worst offense in all major categories in all of them, even the Grey Cup team in 2011. Even with the 2011 season included a historically awful win percentage among head coaches all-time and particularly with the number of games he's coached in this generation. If you owned or ran a CFL team how would you have any confidence going into 2022 with Lapolice as your head coach? As a counter, Dave Dickenson can throw a raw rookie QB out there and win games, compete. He's done it multiple times in a similar length of career as a head coach. Khari is winning with multiple QB's. Hamilton puts anyone out at QB and competes. Why does Lapo have such difficulty?

2021 (??) CFL Season
Don't really understand the Arbuckle trade for the Argos. Only way it makes sense to me is to save cap space but given the signing bonus don't even see much there. To me they've given up on this season even though they are contenders. MBT isn't taking them anywhere and they are also one hit away from Pipkin.

Week 12 - GDT - Non-Champ Edition
Yep, undefeated against the West with every game aside from Calgary being an ass whoopin and popped the "potentially undefeated" Ticats bubble week 1. There's no fluke here.

GDT - Week 12 - Lions @ Champs
Well we had Reggie Slack who led the Riders to the Grey Cup in Reinebold's first season as coach after he cut him. Slack was as good of a QB as there was around that time not named Flutie, Garcia or Ham.

2021 Blue Bombers Season
Skunk rule. BC looked like they would have gladly invoked it in the 2nd half last night.

GDT - Week 12 - Lions @ Champs
Same thing you do with a -40 windchill in mid-November as we had in 2011.

2021 (??) CFL Season
Yeah, Lapolice isn't going to develop a QB. He never has going on 3 decades. The fact he started this season with Nichols-Davis proves that he has no interest in it. Ottawa is done this season. They need to let Evans play and make mistakes to learn. The yo-yo stuff is just stupid. Playing a new QB every week.

Week 12 - GDT - Non-Champ Edition
Somehow Maas and Fajardo believe he's a great passer. They don't run much RPO anymore and few designed run plays for him, not many rollouts. McAdoo made do with a crap QB in Fajardo out of necessity and he didn't face plant, he did ok. Based on that they think he's a passer now.

Week 12 - GDT - Non-Champ Edition
Riders better leave 10 into block so Fajardo and Duke can start to dominate.

Anyone know the biggest season point spread for a season?
97 Argos were +333. The 2nd place Als finished -23 even with a 13-5 record because they got shitcanned by the Argos so many times that year. Bombers lost 3 games to Argos that year by average of 29 points.

GDT - Week 12 - Lions @ Champs
Josh Johnson. Anyone remember him?

Week 12 - GDT - Non-Champ Edition
BLM's passes look like they aren't subject to gravity. He's gonna get one of his receivers killed.

GDT - Week 12 - Lions @ Champs
Sometimes a thread ban is a gesture of kindness.

GDT - Week 12 - Lions @ Champs
The refs made the difference in that 7 score game. Shame when they influence the outcome in that way.

Week 12 - GDT - Non-Champ Edition
Fajardo fluff ball for INT first drive.

3 star plus HH bc beat down WCF road to the grey cup
Buck Pierce. The dominance of the 19 team defensively and teams wise (aside from placekicking thus far) with an actual functional offense.

GDT - Week 12 - Lions @ Champs
That's not accurate. Last one in 2019 by Edmonton and pretty sure we had one around 06-07 in Hamilton.
