Completion percentage from the pocket off his drop was under 30%. Most of his completions came when he had a clean path to step up and fire. When he rolled out he was in trouble, 2 picks and 1 fumble. Pick six was from the pocket. Game film will end his potential. Cornelius has done nothing from the pocket. Bombers gave away 22 points directly to unforced errors. This game easily could have been extremely ugly for Edmonton.

Hopefully a sign we've made the adjustment to not let Cornelius step up and into his throws. Let him stand in the pocket and try to chuck it and avoid rushers, be patient in middle.

I really doubt it. He's never kicked a meaningful ball on a NFL field. The NCAA hashmarks are wide and he's most recently been kicking in arenas.

He's not getting much time on his drop but he's stepping up past the rush and we have no one in our second level to meet him or interrupt the passing lane for him there.
