  1. That's not the problem, per se. Bryant, Hardrick, etc. Those guys were kicking butts & taking names...at 31.
  2. Well, in Winnipeg we don't know whether or not HC/GM are on the same page.
  3. IIRC, Alexander was injured for a while that year - change was made after labour day & led to one of our best ever secondaries.
  4. Vaj at QB is going to cost them some games. It's who we know he is.
  5. The opportunitiies were there - growing pains with a young QB.
  6. Huge turnover on downs at the 1
  7. The D will be a concern until that happens.
  8. Yes - but they give up points and yards at critical times - even when the O is decent. Yesterday, the O answered.
  9. Just looking at the schedule, I would say any teams with a competent O will beat us - that about as optimistic as I can get: Riders: we might beat them without Harris. Should win, but might not Argos: they rely on scoring from their defense and special teams. If the Bombers can minimize that, they might have a chance. A very iffy chance B.C. No...not without changes on defense B.C. after the bye - still no Hamilton: should be a win, similar to Calgary, the O has enough firepower to cover for the D Labour Day: anybody's guess Banjo Bowl: yes
  10. Certainly They do - I make my own and add the mustard
  11. 1. O'Shea 2. Roster Management 3. My post game 1919 HH: Jake T Hit: the mustard in my reuven
  12. Back to football discussion, thank you.
  13. If you're ever in area, try the restaraunt inside Lower Fort Gary (Life's a Little Sweeter) for breakky or lunch. Open 10 to 4 - tasty and reasonably priced.
  14. When ZC came here in 2019, we had a smash mouth OL and one of the best ever pass pro / outlet RBs. It was literally as good as you could get it. But with a few tweaks in the interior and perhaps more use of a 6th OL, they are still serviceable and this O could still do well.
  15. Riddle me this: At which position do you not pay more for a Canadian?
  16. Bonfire > watch game was the correct decision
  17. You obviously don't weigh everything on stats alone. But there are some basic stats that can be useful
  18. Weighted mean: you calculate an average but give more weight to significant values Confidence interval: based on how far away from the average your values are
  19. They could do that, though. Using something like a weighted mean would be pretty easy to do. They could also create confidence intervals, based on how often a team executes / allows plays > 30 yards
  20. "Only those who do not wear a seatbelt, get hurt." The final quote in article does not compute...there was literally stuff falling on people.
  21. Where did I say they weren't? Fajardo has been a good QB in Montreal, he wasn't that good previously.
