Good to see us do a couple things winning teams need to do. Coming from behind ... being effective in the red zone ... overcoming adversity. I like it.

I honestly don't understand how you couldn't see anything from O'Shea. He's not so quietly become one of the best head coaches in the CFL and that's no stretch. He has his moments, but what coach doesn't? He's worlds different as a coach than he was two or three years ago. His players love playing for him. His team is among the most disciplined in the CFL. He uses challenges more effectively than almost any coach in the CFL. His understanding of how to play in specific situations has improved leaps and bounds. His roster management, which was my biggest knock on him in years past, has undergone a complete 180. Dickenson is probably coach of the year but there's 0 chance O'Shea isn't a finalist.

I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure his content won't be on the official Rider site anymore.

Pretty telling that there's a TE in the top 10 prospects. Good to see a Manitoba boy in the top 20 though, especially an OL - there is definitely a shortage of them this year though.

I guess what I'm saying is familiarity with how alcohol consumption can and can't be dealt with may be out of your comfort zone. These things are already ALL in place. We're super deep at corner but if their argument is that we needed a top halfback to either 1) get Bruce Johnson on the bench or 2) get Kevin Fogg some rest, I'd be hard pressed to argue with either statement I mean, who do we have after Fogg and Johnson that can play halfback? Meanwhile, we could field two sets of starting corners.

Randle for Carter would be trading one of the best leaders in our locker room for one of the dumbest athletes in North America. No thank you.

Roosevelt in Toronto makes by far the most sense.

I can't deny it, he's really made strides in that area. I remember "bad body language" Nichols and that guy is all but gone.

When Walters took over, here was our Canadian situation RB/FB: Volny, Fitzgerald, Pontbriand REC: Foster, Kohlert, Etienne, Poblah, Watson, Carter OL: Greaves, Kowalczuk, Morley, Pencer, Neufeld, Sorensen, Swiston, Paliwoda DL: Thomas, Lucas, Boulay LB: Muamba, Labbe, Dubuisson, Stephan DB: Muamba, Sherman, West Fast forward three years: Literally 3 or 4 legitimate starting caliber players on that list. I can now safely say we probably have about 13 Canadians on our team who, while they may not all be full time starting quality, are good enough that I wouldn't worry if they were atop the depth charts. Harris, Chungh, Goossen, Kohlert, Feoli-Gudino, Westerman, Shologan, Thomas, Corney, Waggoner, Hurl, Loffler, Jones There isn't a guy on that list who I'd be worried about if they were starting / had to start in a pinch for us.
