What a boneheaded couple of decisions from Dan Campbell. Thomas-Erlington would be decent depth. No thanks to AML. Definitely no to either as starters. Either would be roughly the same salary as Augustine though, if not more. I can’t stand the term “reset the market”. It’s a capped market, all that does is take away from another area (or from another angle, one’s own teammates) I’d rather see a balanced roster than a reset market star alongside a bunch of jobbers. We lived through that in the 90s and 2000’s, paying 2-3 skill players and nobody else.
