I’m picturing Craig Dickenson in that voice now calling Fajardo a “******* narcotics agent”

“Did you see what GOD just did to us man?”

Well I want cigarettes to be good for me. What a stupid article.

GDT - Western Final - Riders @ The Champs
JohnnyAbonny replied to JCon's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion
They’re really crapping all over Mitchell Picton on the rider board. They’re actually mad the backup Canadian WR didn’t make some out of this world play. Give me a break. -

Their explanation would probably be something along the lines of “After review, da ruling on da field stands” -

Had the sound off to listen to OB. What was MBT chirping about at the end there?

This. I was frustrated for so many years (a lot of them under Lapo) from watching the Bombers play not to lose, or depending on having to fool the other team to have offensive success. Sask absolutely has that mentality, they can’t flat out win a game on their own merit.

Completely different players yes, but in terms of production I see it as a wash. Duke can maybe pull down more 50/50 balls, Moore IMO puts out more consistent production and better RAC ability.
-
Agreed, and quite honestly I think Moore to Duke Williams is more of a push than most would think.

As a parent there’s no way on earth I’d send my child to a public school in the US.

We lob attendance jokes (and rightfully so) but there is something to be said for them having the only natural grass field in the league. Gave Edmonton a massive home field advantage forever before they went with the FieldTurf there.

Tell us an old timey Bomber sentence story
JohnnyAbonny replied to White Out's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion
Right, I think they were $2-5. I had seasons worth from the early 90s that got destroyed when an old basement of mine flooded. They would have the depth charts for that game in the front of the magazine, but from what I recall they were monthly issues. -

The last I saw of Hogan he got into it with someone in section S at the ill fated “blue-out” 09 finale. He started fighting with the cops too, if it happened now they probably would have tased him. Saw the whole thing from right above in the first row of the upper deck. I remember when they used to hand out full colour “CFL Illustrated” mags instead of lineup sheets. -
Stove has a much higher motor and more explosiveness than Johnson. I don’t see how anyone who watched all the games this year can objectively say Micha Johnson is the better player. Rider fans say AC Leonard is in the same league as our DEs, yet piss and moan about Richardson only getting 1v1s because of the J’s receiving all the attention? Well which is it?

Breaking: Glenn Suitor sniffs bike seats

TBH I wouldn’t have seen Montreal beating the Argos either. No one in the east has the lines to beat them in the playoffs.
-
Especially when they’ve been shadowing the WR’s to the outside all night, you’d think they’d have tried to work the middle more.
-
I’m amazed they haven’t pulled him. Meier at this point is just flat out better
-
Just keep trading field goals and beating the crap out of each other. This couldn’t go better for the Bombers either way:
-
just garbage, and you know because it went to OT it will forever be replayed as a “classic”
-
Calgary needs a yard so they call a slow developing run play out of the shotgun..

I’m a McGibney, and there aren’t very many of us. I’m wondering if it was my Dad’s uncle Doug, I believe he was one of the few that didn’t live in the North End at that point. It would make sense, as my whole family has that kind of passion for the Bombers.
