It's never on the player. It's always on the coach, Hall. Every week he puts Sam Hurl in a position where he can't have success thru both scheming (how he is positioned & used) or Sam's physical talent. He can't do the job so he has little impact on the outcome of a game. I know Sam wants to do well. I'm sure that he prepares harder than the others around him, practices hard & wants to be successful but that doesn't mean he will. I feel bad for him. Thanks to Ritchie Hall, Hurl seems to be the whipping boy for this defense & it's not fair. Hall deserves to be that whipping boy & not Sam Hurl. He plays where Hall tells him to play & tries to do the best that he can.

See now, that's the great thing about this place. We can say or discuss whatever we want, even if some don't like it.

I was thinking the same thing about Hall. What has he done to justify still being employed at the end of this season? LaPo OTOH has built a great offense & resurrected Matt Nicholls career. He has done a great job even with his quirky playcalling at times like not using Harris last night for some inexplicable reason. Hall not so much.

We'll go absolutely nowhere with this defense. So, 10-4 projected to finish second gives another week after the regular season & then it'll be over. That'll be it. We all see it. We all know what the problems are but do the Bombers themselves?

This is a very good offensive team. It's been a bad defensive team all the years O'Shea has been here. We've never had a DC capable of ever building a great defensive team. Until that happens this will never be a great team.

You can't compare the Bombers to Calgary. Unless you agree to compare Alex Singleton to Sam Hurl.

As much as I dislike that, I think you're right. Remember Oklahoma City in 1995??? That attack was domestic terrorism. It was horrific blowing up that federal building.

This is more than a nutbar. This man was a terrorist. He may not have been an ISIS terrorist but he's still a terrorist.

This is terrorism. I don't care if it's a white guy. He stockpiled weapons & planned this out as surely as any Muslim terror attack we've seen in Europe the past few years. Skin colour has nothing to do with it.
