I usually stay away from Riderfans but I was curious if they had some background on his departure. Not so much but they all assume he's coming here. DT also confirmed that he was departing. But, almost to a poster, they were strongly against Ballsy becoming the next PBP guy. Too over-the-top for them. Just interesting.

I would hope so.

My issue with DT is that he totally leaned into the "Riderville" bit. Lost objectivity, in my opinion, and I would be concerned if he came here and did the same. I want another Bob. Someone who remains objective and will call things for what they are. Bob obviously loved the Bombers because he knew them but was never beholden to anyone in the organization. No one can be perfectly impartial but I think they should always strive for that in their coverage.

DT used to be good. Perhaps he can be good again. I would hope that he's going back to TSN for their national broadcast.

You would think that all his time in Ottawa would have given him some clue as to how the powers are delegated but I guess that would have been too much. Pass the buck is the conservative motto.

The fact that Mazars has come out and, not only publicly dumping Trump but also no longer vouching for his financial statements, is a huge move. In the world of accounting, this is a big deal. Also, the IRS, who pretty much need an entire team to untangle his web of lies already, will be under increased pressure to finish his audits. Then, they'll probably need to do more.

Or perhaps the sketchy split between City/Prov jurisdiction on Broadway?

I'm really struggling to care about these Olympics. Same for the past summer Olympics. I haven't watched a single event, other than just in passing. I used to be a huge Olympic fan but that seems to be completely gone. Anyone else going through this? I think it's partly due to it being in China.
