  1. Personally in any industry where you deal with the public, I think they should just have the unvaccinated deal with the unvaccinated. You're an unvaccinated nurse? Okay, you get to deal with unvaccinated hospital patients. Unvaccinated teacher? Into the cohort of unvaccinated students etc. etc.
  2. Got my booster yesterday (was first eligible Jan 04 2022, but just started at a new firm so I wanted the shot to be on a Saturday.) While I realize it does not make me invincible, it is a step in the right direction regarding protecting my family and myself. I will feel much better once (a) my daughter turns 5, and becomes fully vaccinated (b) they approve a vaccine for under 5, allowing her to be vaccinated or (c) people stop being idiots about this thing and we finally get it under control.
  3. Bryant's worth on this team is immeasurable. That is all. Actually, the collective noun to describe a group of goats is a trip. As in "the trip of goats are poised for another Grey Cup trip."
  4. -30C out -@$!#ing trash weather -Had to get up early and work late - Collaros re-signed Overall, pretty good day
  5. No way would I want Trevor Harris here. Dude crumbles under pressure and is over the hill, not to mention there are rumors he is locker room cancer. Give me a diamond in the rough young QB with upside and lower salary any day.
  6. Give Collaros a contract and work in a heavy-incentive for a three-peat lol.
  7. Or how a pass is considered a dead ball once it hits an upright. Okay the situation isnt like that at all but still CoFaj sucks lol
  8. I mean, in fairness, if I was living in Regina I'd be feigning injury constantly too.
  9. Good, I hope they give him a swift kick in the balls on the way out. While practicing social distancing, of course. How in the f are there that many people with children in the 5 - 11 age group that haven't got their first shot? My daughter is currently 3 and I plan on booking her first shot on her 5th birthday. I wish we had a better option than just "welp hope our 3 year old doesn't catch this life altering virus".
  10. Pfft. Rider Nation wishes they were the auto equivalent of the Ford Edsel. They are actually more akin to the Dale which was a car invented by a fraudster that was good at his hype game.
  11. Honestly I'm fine with the current OT format... if anything was to be changed, I'd say just don't allow field goals... but honestly I think the current format is a good balance between making sure you end up with a victor, and not just having the winner be the team that won the toss.
  12. Hey guys remember that time the Detroit Lions won the toss in OT and 'took the wind' 😂😂😂
  13. I mean really, if we're going to field a horrible kicker, can he at least be Canadian or a global player so we can start an American elsewhere. Also, dude is 31 (so is Castillo - but he's good) .. I know kickers are sometimes ageless but dude has very little upside imo.
  14. Or if your RB also had to play QB like CoFaj or Isaac Harker.
  15. Does this fall into the category of 'failing upwards'?
  16. Instant noodles were invented - which are just about as bland as Saskatchewan.
  17. Just remember they have the same number of Grey Cups (4) as the Toronto Varsity Blues. The Blues stopped competing for the Grey Cup in like the 1930s lol.
  18. So stupid on the part of the player. Exact wrong kind of publicity in a market that has struggled for years. At least the suspension is somewhat substantial; I am all for fan engagement, but opponent or not this type of behavior from the fan and player is simply not on.
  19. Old news is old but guys remember when he decided to release Weston Dressler which helped kickstart rebuilding our entire receiving core? Thanks Jonesy!
  20. I feel like the defensive lineman you are referring to is Almonda Sewell, but I cant source it bc im lazy af right now Christmaaaaaaaas
  21. In other dumping-on-the-Riders news, consider THEIR longest Grey Cup drought was almost double the length of ours (1910 - 1966, 56 years)
  22. This is the same franchise founded 2 years after the Model T was created (the first mass produced automobile), that didnt win their first Grey Cup until 3 years before the first man landed on the moon (1966 first Grey Cup) right?
  23. Other fun things to note... One of my favourite players (Kenny Ploen) has as many Grey Cup victories (4) with the bombers as their entire franchise. He alao did it in 5 years. Also... I did the math on this forum in an earlier post.... more people in history have gone to the moon than players that won multiple Grey Cups with the Riders.
  24. Can confirm from a reputable source he has two Grey Cup Championship rings.
  25. Honestly to me he's looked like Dominique Davis 2.0, has the right tools and on paper looks like a great QB, but just can't seem to put it all together.
