Don't mean to derail this thread - but why did we go for two when we were up by 4? Kicking the PAT and going up by 5 means if TO answered with a TD, they have to either go for 2, to go up by 3, or we could've won it with a FG... anyone got a good reason why were so adamant about going up by....6?

That is interesting to know both BC and us lost to HAM. That loss for us still stunk, but makes it a bit more tolerable knowing other good teams also dropped some to the tabbies.

Honestly, I like our chances if we show up. BC hasnt exactly thrived under adversity

Good summary, Bombers have played down to their opponents all year. With the exception of the egg laid against BC, their losses have been against very pedestrian teams (OTT, HAM, SSK). In each of those games, their performance either wasn't good enough (HAM), or they let an inferior opponent hang around (OTT/SSK).

Brandon Alexander also has worked as a mathematics teacher before signing with the Bombers, so I think public speaking would be easier for a player like him, he'd have to do that routinely at the front of classrooms.

1st or bust, with how old our core is, the bye helps and as others have said, Brady would run rampant if we host the Western Final. The only upside to finishing second would be demolishing Riders in the semi-final lol.

Wow SSK is bad.

He was mouthing off to the sideline judge (he was on the bench) ... He wanted a PI call for a WR and ended up getting a 10 yard bench penalty with TO on offense. Sitting behind the away team bench is a two way street, but sometimes it is absolutely spectacular

1. Brady for obvious reasons 2. Sergio for making almost all his kicks 3. Wolitarsky - seemed every catch was a 2nd down conversion HH - McFadden (Argos) who took that critical bench penalty. Was hilarious and watched it happen absolutely amazing Also ZC made a big play saving that 15 yrd loss on a broken play and managing to throw it away

Well we're both 10-4. We still control our own destiny for 1st, that game vs. BC decides 1st in the West, imo.

Yeah I get that they need to constantly reinvent (to get people to buy new jerseys) ... but if those are the ones I'm thinking of, always thought all they were missing was just a few specks of gold and they would've looked alright. As they were, they looked more like Argo jerseys than Blue Bomber ones.

All this talk about fanbase... It's just entertainment. As my wife said during the 2013 debacle season... "It's an outing" Of course it is easier to sell seats when the team wins. Thinking one fanbase is in any way superior to another is just plain silly

We lose a challenge and a timeout though... Both would have been useful down the stretch.
