  1. It’s all gonna be about the don’t break. If we let Harris drive and force them to kick fgs at best, we will be in position to win.
  2. Guessing Cole will be in only if kyrie scratches. Hope he Wilson sits. Dl is ugly. Fox is a bit of a strange pick unless the others weren’t healthy. If he gets hurt we are screwed. Haba back in for some reason. All of our ni depth is kick cover, fb and ol. Kelly is basically the only back up ni who can play a position or skill position, or position that requires running lol. Him and Augustine. If we lose, it will un questionably fall on line play, and no depth. Taylor drawing in as the dime makes sense. The rest of the imp dbs like bridges etc have been meh. If he’s healthy and sharp he could excel in our system. That said, idk the last time he took a competitive snap in a play off game, or stretch game. most of the changes are what I’d expect. My question is, are we that banged up on the dl, or did we just handicap our self?
  3. Also true of half the league. Maybe more. Sad state isn’t it
  4. Better not put Micah at LT. We will never hear the end of his greatness. Honestly, I have zero expectations from our dl, no matter who they line up against.
  5. Down the stretch I actually think griffin has out performed bonds as well. Crazy wealth of talent we have in the back end though. Could for the first time in ages go into next camp with out an opening in the secondary. Qft. Dl have the hardest go of it against reffing odds in all sports. It’s pretty crazy how far the pendulum has swung away from them.
  6. Or any winning scenario, the one I want most is zach to dominant the next two games and power us to blow out wins. Those games where he’s going down field and scoring a td on every drive. I wanna see that zach show up soo bad.
  7. Couldn’t be any less true lol. Right on brand though.
  8. If you’re legit flutie 2.0, and have an awesome front office bringing in excellent rookie dbs and WRs I think you can. With out that, real hard to see it happening.
  9. I can hear the whining and excuses starting already
  10. Player to player, our secondary is hands down better. On top of that, our system and coaching in the secondary is drastically better. Secondary to secondary we have the biggest advantage of any post season match up. Even more than rbs in tor vs ott.
  11. Yeah ba surprised me with his return to form in coverage. Jys system really helps to get the most out of him. I wonder if in the course of Laying out all those hellacious hits (many on bc lions WRs) he really hurt some thing in his neck/shoulder. Hes too smart to not be able to wrap and tackle. I wonder if he physically can’t do it now, or if it’s severely limited/painful. Id be happy if Kelly stayed starting, if we used the imp starter else where, and didn’t bring either hallett in to cover. Unless it’s a kick they just can’t cover now. They are both tough smart guys you love to go to war with, but they have a better chance at playing guard than covering a wr. Other wise, and most likely our best bet is a ba return. I could see Kelly taking over as the starting S next year, but for that we really need to find one more ni db who can cover. As much as I love what kyrie has shown here at times, there is no imp on D worth taking off for him even if he’s playing his best ball of this year. And I don’t think even that is likely.
  12. And that the thorax is thoraxing.
  13. Idk about kyrie. Ba I think will. But ba has been injured for the last 3 finals it’s par for the course.
  14. True. eh, that happens to every team. I don’t think stuff like that from years back really plays a factor. Calvillo would be a great pick, idk if he will want to leave mtl just now. Took a while for him to get to this point being a really good oc. Plus he’s at home.
  15. If we protect zach he can win the attack
  16. Our guys have played well below their standards this year. Especially lawler who is hit or miss, and Demski who is no longer used in multi dimensional ways. Wilson does his job, but I don’t see any thing outstanding with him. Fact is Demski is prone to fumbling especially at bad times. King Kenny lawler showed up for less than a handful of games this year. The riders gave a good edge at wr in terms of size and physicality. I don’t want their wr core, but I see them with a bit of an edge.
  17. I think Ottawa is a sleeper pick. Love dyce but that semi final is fire worthy. Buck has a good established relationship with brown. I could see coach O and Hamilton going separate ways too. It’s a real low chance, but bc could fire maksymic, and offer buck more money to make a lateral move to be oc/ast hc. If he retires, I’d go after Masoli for the coaching staff. Ideally as a qb coach. He has been part of some tremendous coaching lineages up here and down south.
  18. Dl - riders lbers - no advantage dbs - wpg ol - wpg small advantage QBs - no advantage rbs - wpg WRs - riders small advantage kr - riders Punt/cover - wpg small advantage Kicking - wpg coaching - wpg plus home field advantage, and tremendous record after a bye.
  19. Players don’t get hate and blame for losing? You should go re read the first 2 months of the seasons posts on zach, or watch Matt nichols cry talking about getting booed off the field. Or go back to any of the kicked discussion pre Sergio.
  20. That’s the rum hut lol.
  21. I haven’t seen this much projecting since the drive in on the perimeter closed.
  22. Yeah idk, I could see Simon and Jackson getting a chance. No jones all year and the elk make the play offs imo
  23. I do not think Mac wants any part of that. His current job is a dream role for him. Harvey is a huge front runner imo. Simon yeah I could see taking off the interim tag.
  24. Dru has the best improvement arc of any qb I’ve seen
