Idk, the bosox had the ability to rock our starters and get past the strength of the bullpen in a hurry, leaving us strung out in the pen. I dont think the indians have that potential. Bodes well to keep our starters in games late and use the choice arms out of the pen each game. Offensively our line up can mash any staff in baseball.

6 game is a joke being revokable now. Hard to say how they get him on the roster. If wild isnt good to go I wouldnt mind seeing waggonner get the start. We could rotate him and corney to get burnette on the field some. probably doesnt happen though. Mcduffie if he isnt healthy or flanders other wise. going to be even harder if darvin adams ever gets healthy. TONS of talent at imp wr now.

lol. Football players have the right level and type of athletic ability to make the jump. And the vast majority are in the weak AF heavy weigh range. Wont be following him specifically but wish him luck. Hope its for the love of fighting and not the money though.

yep, good play offs soo far this year. Wouldnt have minded knocking the sox out but shap gets his way instead. This should be a real good series.

I think its a situation of 2 young talented guys who needed a change of scenery getting it. It seems to me to be a pretty good trade for both teams but modesty better for ottawa right now. Man this season has been crazy active for player movement.

kohlert smith and dressler all missed in very similar fashion for easy tds. Pretty much. If he can keep it up is some what questionable though. Hes had what 4 picks called back on penalties in the last 4 games? Tons of db drops before that. But he does show steady but not flashy improvement. It will be interesting to see but probably not some thing we will know till next year.

yeah people dont realize how old PEDs and various drug use in pro sports is. As long as there has been an edge to be gained people have been doping.

yep and that would be the sensible way to do things, but tobacco and alcohol are far too large and important as industry to ever get the boot now. All we will see is the line getting pushed further towards legalizing various drugs. Which is fine by me, let people do that stuff if they want. I wonder if sports leagues will loosen up there own rules then. If the day comes where we see full legalization of weed for instance, will athletes still be un able to do it?

he certainly is, especially when hes at his best. How sustainable it is to live off those short passes while missing deep shots remains un seen. Thatd be something to see next year. The problem is, thats still 21 points. And that early pick would have been disastrous. If your going to accept that of nichols, you certainly have to accept that harris whose far better at what he does is a guy whose going to fight for every inch.

yeah nichols had some great protection too. Rolling him out helped some but the OL right now is the best weve had in years. I really hope chung isnt bouncing in the off season >.<

harris hit the ground after the play was whistled dead and had a close drop as he hit the ground, but well after the whistle and you cant give him a nod. But you give nichols 2nd star when he had 3 awful over throws on easy TDs where our wrs were all alone? Plus the first drive pick that was run back to like our 10 yard line called back.

the leos took em too though we combines for like 230 yards of penalties. Which is just gross.

idk about that we took 155 yards in penalties which is beyond crazy. I dont think ive seen that kind of number with out ejections and bruha going down.

Was the whistle early? Maybe. But I thought his forward momentum was stopped. Qbs on keepers get a bit of leeway but ball carriers generally do not. Whistle blew, play was dead no fumble. I also saw a pic on fb where he seemed to be down by contact with the ball in his arm.

Thats right too that was a huge play. Dressler had a wade miller kind of smart performance tnite. Just going to show why hes an elite WR. He can change the game in a ton of different ways. for sure, that tackle for a loss was massive. Really had some nice plays in the rotation tonight.

Liriano out with a concussion, replaced by danny barnes on the roster. Hope hes ok, thats a scary injury from a scary incident.

some excellent play calls, and wrinkles. Really good usage of both backs. More run plays especially in the 2nd/3rd would have been good, as well as adapting better when bc took away the edge but his best game this year and a great deal of promise in his improvement.

he was close, those 3 deep misses that would have been scores hurt but aside from that and another pick saved by a penalty he played really well. Really threw very well on the roll.
