  1. I don't agree with most of his policies, but he is spot on about this:
  2. Pfft... Pearl Anniversary, duh. Just messing with you- We take it this year. I foresee some really entertaining football and some serious blow outs by us. This year it seems that there are no real question marks going into the season. We're good in all phases of the game it seems. We have upgraded EVERYwhere I can think there was a concern in the off season... I think we are going to see a very dominant Blue Bombers team in all three facets of the game this year...
  3. You can chalk that one up to our awesome volunteer mods.
  4. Yup, and that is why I am in next year country already. I think a Grey Cup win on the pearl anniversary of our drought is much better than pearl anniversary-minus one... Has a much better sound to it. So let us all look to next year!!!! WOOHOO GC2020!
  5. Deniers ALWAYS cherry pick data and point out what scientists get wrong while never acknowledging what it gets right. Here is a nice article that sums things up. https://www.sciencealert.com/nasa-s-long-term-climate-predictions-are-accurate-to-within-1-20th-of-a-degree/amp "In this new study, NASA scientists analyzed the GISTEMP data to see if past predictions of rising temperatures were accurate. They needed to know that any uncertainty within their data was correctly accounted for. The goal was to make sure that the models they use are robust enough to rely on in the future. The answer: Yes they are. Within 1/20th a degree Celsius. Kudos. "Uncertainty is important to understand because we know that in the real world we don't know everything perfectly," said Gavin Schmidt, director of GISS and a co-author on the study. "All science is based on knowing the limitations of the numbers that you come up with, and those uncertainties can determine whether what you're seeing is a shift or a change that is actually important." This is scientific rigour at its finest. To a climate change denier, it may seem like ammo. But the reverse is true. NASA is determined to understand their GISTEMP data to the best of their capability, and they acknowledge, like all scientists should, any weakness in their own data and then seek to quantify it."
  6. Yes, but we only started to put stock in your posts after the 3019th one.
  7. Amash at it again. This time taking aim at AG Barr. Click for full thread- it's a good read as it lays out all the issues with Barr in a concise fashion.
  8. I actually remember a time when the entire page 1 of Blue Bombers Discussion section was FULL of avatars of those ******* chimps with shades. It was a little much.
  9. Not a far leap of logic. Putin asked: Cease military maneuvers around south Korea. Leave Syria Ease sanctions on oligarchs To which trump acquiesced to.
  10. Wait. What? Putin instructed trump to do That? When?
  11. HOLY ****. That is crazy frightening. No just of qhatvqas laid out in that article, but that it is totally plausible...
  12. Interesting Take on this issue... Can you provide any facts to back up this talk of flooding districts with illegal immigrants, please? Because that sounds like a serious issue that should be addressed. I remember Lou Dobbs claiming that "many" Illegal immigrants voted in 2018... but there is no evidence at all... and since the absence of proof, we need to go on the credibility of Lou Dobbs... who has a very spotty past with the truth. Here is quick article on that issue. https://www.politifact.com/punditfact/statements/2018/nov/16/lou-dobbs/no-evidence-many-illegal-immigrants-voted-midterm-/ But gerrymandering... that is a real thing, not made up **** like thousands of illegals voting. besides... why shouldn't illegal immigrants vote? Are they not part of the political discussion?
  13. I thought the same thing when I saw this article:
  14. trick play? that is their bread and butter. it's the only way they can move all that ****.
  15. Agreed- I was baffled at Ontario when they elected Ford... Well- let em suffer, maybe they will learn for the next time.
  16. Usually it's those at the top that make these spurious claims, knowingly they are blatantly false, let the echo chamber take hold and those down the line parroting the misinformation because they don't understand the issue. That has been my observation.
  17. I read this same article earlier- it is SWAMPY... That is unreal.
  18. Excellent article- thanks for sharing.
  19. So... why do I even try to have a sterling credit rating? https://www.propublica.org/article/trump-inc-podcast-deutsche-bank-donald-trump?utm_content=buffer25ab1&utm_medium=social&utm_source=twitter&utm_campaign=buffer Never even considered the "**** off, I ain't paying for **** and it's your fault for this, so I'll see you court." Strategy.
  20. That was a terrible... lazy... lame insult. If you are going to derail the thread and make us read your tantrums- at least make it entertaining for us. Throw a bit of effort, it's not much to ask. Or... take it to PM if you are going to be lazy about it.
  21. Hey- the seperate training camp days is a great idea- you should start a thread for each day of training camp. that is a very good suggestion, you should pull the trigger and do it. This is a community driven site- if you feel you its lacking in something, feel free to suggest and/or just add it. If it is unnecessary or inappropriate- the mods will take care of it. if you disagree with them, feel free to pm them and find out why or what happened. they are an approachable bunch.
  22. So you mean to tell me that these 21 posts below would have gone into 2-3 threads? Well that is just ******* batshit crazy and would NEVER work! We should keep all those in the bluebombermegamaincampthread- #MMBBGA!
  23. More specifically: "The drunk uncle that breaks **** and then blames it on the pets." I know what you did DoD!
