The Ehlers situation is going to be very interesting in how it all plays out over the next couple of weeks or so.

My assumption is there's no way Chevy lets NE walk at the end of the 2024/2025 campaign without getting anything for him in return?

What are our chances in re-signing him with probably a considerable bump in his pay? What would the length of the contract be?

Or do we trade him for some D help, O help, both or blue chip prospects, i.e., 1st rounders?

Or we keep in for this upcoming post season, he helps us win the cup (that's the ultimate return) and walks off into the sunset to another team? But that wouldn't be an option? Or would it?

    So many questions.

Even if they ask Nik will he consider signing here in the off-season it could be a Johnny Gaudreau yes.

Einar doesn't have a good team right now... It's a rag-tag throw together. Incredible that they made the final. Homan, after years of lost confidence, has her swagger back and is a robot. No beating her.

Einar been better for sure but Val seemed to have the shakes just throwing the rock which is not good for any curler.

Jets 1.0 had a nine game winning streak (and combining the playoffs, a 15 game undefeated streak) back in 1984-85, but for the Thrashers/Jets2.0 franchise, 9 is the record. They had 8 to open this season and 8 to close last season (technically a 16 game win streak spanning two seasons, but the league does not regard that as one streak) and another 7 gamer this year.

To make matters somewhat confusing, they had 16 consecutive wins from end of last season(8) to start of this season(8).

I love Chantal Kreviazuk but that was horrible,

But she made up for it.

Publicist Adam Gonshor in an email to The Associated Press confirmed Chantal Kreviazuk changed the lyric from “in all of us command” to “that only us command” and confirmed Trump’s 51st state comments were the reason why. During the game, Kreviazuk told the AP she did it “because I believe in democracy, and a sovereign nation should not have to be defending itself against tyranny and fascism.
