April 27, 20169 yr Surprisingly it's only a misdemeanor (with a max of 1 year in jail & a 4k fine) so I doubt he'll even see a jail cell, with or without a team of lawyers. When he does turn himself in, his bond was only set at $1500 so I wonder how serious he's even taking this.
