Now that 55 has been snubbed again by Hockey Canada watch out, he’ll be out to show everyone how wrong they were. Unfortunately it won’t make a difference as we’ve already seen this season 😢. The Jets won’t make the playoffs, and it might not be a bad thing 👍🏻

With a win we are 31st in the league and is it 6 or 8 points out of the playoffs lol. That’s ridiculous in itself. Only a few points back of the wildcard teams. 
 

I don’t think we can compete with Dallas Colorado or Minnesota anymore. We need a franchise changer to do it.

Yep, I think it's time to start the firesale.  Problem is we have no assets outside of Barron and I think he's a good fit for a third line.  We need to somehow get another first rounder and a second rounder for this draft. 

So glad that the world juniors are on and the Olympic hockey will be coming shortly.  I'm so sick of watching this team lose.

And for the love of God Chevy do something already.

Demelo gives the puck away, immediately gets it back. Then fans on the pass. Detroit goes in for a 2 on 1 and scores.

He's been all kinds of terrible this season. And he's seems, to only be getting worse.

Sure, he fanned and it caused a turnover, but we put the puck in our own net.  I don’t think you can lay all the blame on DeMelo.  He wouldn’t even make my top 10 of the Jets problems.

Getting a decent 2nd line?  But the Jets likely won’t be buyers at this point.  I’ve said it before, but I’d give Barron a shot at center on the 2nd line…. With Perfetti and Iafallo or Vilardi, if they want to mess with the 1st again.

Well, it’s been a half season of poor results and falling in the standings…. It’s not like they’re 2 years deep or something.  But that has to be a concern, among other concerns of a team trying to gain some kind of traction.

Yeah, but if there's a full blown rebuild then having older players with big contracts is like an albatross around a team's neck. .

I don’t think those contracts would be considered ‘big’ the way numbers are now trending.

I don’t believe in full rebuild + I don’t think this city can handle 5-7 years of bottom feeding.
