I'm a little worried about this game.  Edmonton plays with a ton of speed and they have skill.

Milic will be in tough this game.

Steal one in oil land please and thank you to help me enjoy Monday morning in the office high fiving my oiler fan colleagues as a good morning?

I have have a feeling my chances are slim but still a chance?

Yeah, and they’re coming off a 9 goal game.  Jets will need to defend much better than they have been recently.

Iafallo doesn’t tie up the trailer…. Then our D allows two…. TWO Oilers in behind them for a breakaway. 2-0.

So much for better defending.

okay we spotted them 3. Let’s get the game started.

Good lord this team sucks.

What a weird frustrating team we have this year so far. Good gracious.

Wonder.if they'll call a players only.meeting again.  It worked wonders...

  4 -0

Does this team even care?

we’re down 4-0 and no push back.

JT does not deserve pp minutes. sorry but wrong message being sent.

yea great point on the panel. nothing from the Jets on the ice after McDavid cuts through Comrie’s crease and runs into him. Not even a push or glove to face after the whistle. Nothing.

5-0.  Great showing. Schiefs and Helle are like we signed up for this ****?

I think if we were told the Jets are losing to EDM 6-2 having played the night before we'd be okay with it.

Doesn't mean it feels any better but no one had us winning this one right?

yea i get it tired, brutal part of the schedule but the first period and even the second was probably THE worst I’ve seen this team in its lack of compete. It was not a pretty sight.

Old and slow lines 2 3 and 4.

Arniel has his favorite slow as **** veterans just like Maurice did. Meanwhile chibs Yager and lambert popping highlight reels for the moose.

Excerpt from my man JM taken from the Winnipeg Free Press:

“Part of being a great team is handling that schedule. You might not feel your best and you might not be snapping around like you do when you’re on your A-game, but you’ve got to find ways to stay in hockey games, push games to OT and obviously get those greasy ones. I don’t think that was something we’ve done a good job here of late.”

It's as simple as that to all the 'but the schedule'.

Are you sure? Lambert has 1 goal 3 assists in 11 games and Chibrikov has 1 and 1 in 9 games. 2 goals between them, isn't exactly highlight real stuff.

Obviously we are not a great team this season. Last time I checked all of the NHL is working with a condensed schedule. I'm not sure who's making schedule excuses for the Jets, I haven't seen anything like that.

Our all world goaltender rarely plays back to back, especially on the road. Yet coach Arneil plays Comrie twice in a row. Wtf was that! Get Milic in there and get valuable experience, giving Comrie some needed rest.

Quite often in baseball, when you play a part timer full time, they get injured more often than not....I hope that doesn't happen to Comrie.

Well for one the commentators who did the game mentioned frequently the tough part of the schedule the Jets were in implying the reason the Jets why the were playing the way they were and secondly a few posters here posting were we really expecting to win this game considering, again implying the schedule part. Just to name a few. I think Josh Morrissey hit the nail on the head as the saying goes.
