captaincanuck12
Wooo. Jets played great for 50 mins. The first 10 they were dead in the water. Hellebuyck didn't have to play all world tonight either... The Jets offense stepped up and the defense locked it down only allowing 10 shots over two periods. BomberBall
Kind of a strange game. I agree with some of the posts above, but the Jets were also fairly fortunate. A couple of goal posts by the Blues and a couple of huge saves by position players…. Things could have been different, even though the Jets were dominating large chunks of the game. Goalie
We got a good team buying in to a system that works for them Still think we got issues on D *Schmidt is awful* give Chisholm a shot or really Capo. Until heinola is back. Schmidt is just bad. He's a buyout in the off season guy bad cuz u can't trade that contract But again just dominant 5 on 5 again and the pp converted Normally pionk isn't great either but he's really really stepped it up since his good friend died in England. Playing with emotions seems to be good for Neil, who also steps up in the playoffs. Pionk still has a next level, you see it the last 2 games now, nate does not. Goalie
Also I think the Jets are gonna end up trading Ehlers for D help, maybe not this season but I don't think they sign him to a new deal With mcgroarty lambert (ripping up the A) and others in the system, gonna have to make decisions on guys like ehlers apples maybe even Kyle Connor in a couple seasons. Nino also, that's a tough decision. 2 years maybe 3 max is what I'd do with him. I'm gonna guess Rutger is on the big club when his season at Michigan ends Edited November 9 by Goalie
