Sister overseas had covid. Now my niece here in Winnipeg has it. She's double vaxxed tho as the booster does very little in reality to help. My cousin In Alberta had covid.. my cousin in Winnipeg had covid or so she says (not the most honest person always) But yeah Me mom dad daughter gf other sister her 2 young sons and husband have not. Common theme is we all vaxxed even the ones who got covid. A Few kids in my nephews school class have had it.. GRADE 2.. none in daughters class.. grade 2 same school but different teachers. Quite odd.. already told her she's wearing the mask the rest of the school year and she agreed with that because even my 7 year old knows it's better to be safe than sorry. Can't be restrictions forever but the mask mandate needs to stick around cuz I don't trust the person I don't know anymore. I'd imagine most of us will continue wearing masks or face coverings for a while. (Sure keeps you warm when it's cold out) I remember going to my lake in the summer.. there were no restrictions really.. I went to the highway store/bar/restaurant/gas/weed store and I walked in wearing my mask and nobody else had one on.. just me, that's it.. I felt like an outcast for a moment and took it off then someone sneezed and I was like **** it.. outcast works for me. Next week I go back and everyone was wearing masks
