Dallas is always the contender

Robertson stayed in Dallas for less money. That’s pretty rare. He still got paid but 40 goal guys do now.

I was sorta excited but somewhat nervous about the Condell hire due to his lack of run use and us being a run first team really. Fears seem to be realized early. While I’m sitting here taking my Saturday morning after bomber game deuce I realize we are essentially running the Ottawa Redblacks O from last year but without a Gino Lewis type receiver. Condell is a joke.

O? They weren’t as awful prior to broxton getting hurt and having to completely reshuffle the line but, weren’t great. Play calling is suspect. 40 passes a game. Sending Brady out wide all the time, the MCI run thing. It’s just change of pace? Brady had 3 carries at that point, change of pace my ass. It’s all just so stupid. Our D literally gives up TDS after we score a TD every time. Our American kicker is one of the worst in the league, Bryant is finished. Eli isn’t a starter, no receiver over 6 3. No aggression on D. Bombers historically known for aggressive D are now the cucks of the CFL. Our O shows signs of life when we use Brady, when they throw 40 times, not so much. The oline is built to probably run block a bit more than be able to give our QB 4 seconds in a pocket. It’s Opposite Day on O. Say what you want about Lapo but, he’d use Brady. And hogan may have used him more also. Maybe more catches tho.

Which coordinator deserves to be fired first. That’s my question and really, it’s a difficult question cuz both O and D are quite bad. D tho, lots of missed tackles but lots of mass confusion Cuz O’Shea isn’t cuz 3 yr deal.

Dru is averaging 40 passes a game over his 3 starts. That’s crazy. And this is the OC who got him killed last year by the way. Meanwhile Brady was 14 for 128 and 2 TDs. Imagine 6 more runs instead of passes. Game wasn’t over when we were down by 12. Crazy cuz tv showed Brady on sidelines saying let’s fn go, keep feeding motion and he never got fed again.

Just sucked the air out the city really, and not using Brady again after his career long 45 yard TD run. The play call the last 5 drives was throw it into coverage and hope receivers can fight for the ball cuz that’s essentially what we did. We were down 12 with lots of time to go, D choked again tho but got away from our identity which is run the ball.

Luke Wilson is a fine color guy but he’s completely delusional if he or anyone else thinks 2026 Zach makes any difference. Zach and DRu are the same, DRu is essentially Zach when he was healthy earlier in his career. 2024 25 26 Zach gets carted off and is 6 gamed after this one. Prob early also. Does Zach playing mean more than 14 carries for Brady. Brady’s last carry was a 45 yard TD when we were down by less than 2 TDs. That was his last run in the game, a 45 yard touchdown run. Nothing after. Condell lost this game. 2026 Zach don’t got time to jump into his throws this game. He’d be on the turf every 2nd play. Is Dru the reason our D gave up TDS on calgarys opening drive? How bout their TD drive b4 half? How bout the one to start the 2nd half? Going on about QBs when every team has made our D look like ******* is an interesting take. Hogan had a better O than Condell with less talent.

Is it 5 years ago. Collaros gets carted off this game. Whenever they showed Zach on the sidelines he had that thank god I’m not playing right now look. What’s the identity of the O cuz Streveler brown Taylor Brady all don’t know. On every play dru was running for his life (Zach can’t do that) or throwing off his back foot cuz he had pressure in his face b4 I could type pressure in his face.

M i don’t think he was tho. Dude didn’t get hurt and part of it is you hope your receivers make a play also. They didn’t besides Demski. Lots of running for his life, lots of 1 second to throw, lots of ignoring Brady, lots of piss poor play calls. D couldn’t stop a child in the first half and every time we did get close minus the end, our D gave up a TD. 1st Calgary drive. TD. Last b4 half TD. 1st drive 2nd half TD. Was Dru great? He self admitted he wasn’t. But not the biggest problem at all. Our kicker misses fgs every game, tonight Calgary blocked a punt. D gives up TDs every time we score a TD. Browns worst passing yards game is like zachs best. Our D is so bad. Ya interceptions. Zach tho is dead cuz Dru was running half the game, Zach would be concussed after tonight. Oline is so bad tho. So bad.

The turning point despite Dru throwing picks all second half was Sergio’s 58 yard missed FG. That’s a coaching decision. Also Calgary scored 2 3 plays into the 2nd half, coaching completely unprepared.
